      Koodo customer service is a joke: no way to reach a real rep about billing issues, only by scheduling in advance a call back (which calls you but never at the scheduled time and you can’t talk to them, pressing “1” to speak with an agent goes nowhere ).A waste of time and energy , we will try another provider *** * **** **** **** ****** **** ******* ********** ** ** *** ** ******** ****

      The service at Koodoo is terrible. False advertising and representatives that seem to have no idea what theyre doing. I wanted to get a better data plan than my current provider. I have 2 lines with different #s. I called instead of going on line because I had no clue how to find a plan for 2 lines. They have an advertisement up right now called happy days offering 20 gbs of data for $39.00. When I called the representative kept me on the phone for an hour and 16 minutes! He kept leading me to believe that it was a great plan, which I thought too but he kept continuously asking me to hold. He'd come back with bits and pieces of information I wanted. I had said earlier in our conversation I wanted the deal. In the promo for the $39.00 it's says no hook up fee for online. Earlier I wanted to talk to a representative to ask questions so I could do it on line but it kept sending me to their chat which is absolutely useless. In the last few minutes before I finally hung up on the representative he told me there would be a $60 hook up charge for both lines and my first bill would be included in the charge. He told me it would be $230 to sign up!! He waited till the last minute after keeping me on the phone for all that time!! * *** ******* *** ***** he'd wasted my time. I told him the price was nothing like advertised and why would I pay $120 hook up fee when I can stay with **** and not pay any hook up fees?! And I told him I had just paid my $152 **** bill the day before and now, the next day they expected me to pay the $230?! I told him why did you wait over an hr. to give me this price when it's advertised for $39 a month?! I hung up on him. They phoned back within 5 minutes and said they might be able to get rid of the hook up fees. Funny how that works. I'd had enough so I said no take off my name on anything you put it on I'm no longer interested. I still got a confirmation order on my email! I would never even consider Koodoo or suggest it to anyone. ***** ***

      They have absolutely no concern about the effect they have on their clients. Would not give access to a Supervisor as requested on at least three occasions. Gave me a number to call with regards to the excessive bill I received and told me I was going to have to pay it anyway. The number I called put me onto an AI (Conveniently) who put me back to the first centre. * ****** **** ** ***** * **** *******

      You cannot contact their customer service without wildly long wait tills and you can't even call to speak to anyone! They send you a link to a website and you have to hope you can get a call back that day! 12 hours to be able to talk to someone is absolutely wild, and unprofessional!

      I canceled with Koodo and they are trying to charge me almost $500 for canceling with them even after I paid for the two refurbished phones and although I am paying them not in full monthly they are trying to charge me almost 14% for late fees.

      **** ** *** ***** ** ** *** *** ** **** ****** ******* **** ***** *********** **** * ****** ***** ****** ****** ****** Back in April my wife and I were getting ready to leave **** and look for a plan that made more sense. Somehow someone called me offering what on the onset seemed like an wonderful deal from Koodo. The problem was I could hardly understand this foreign individual so I guess it's partly my fault. Over the next few days the same individual kept calling with a different story. So I finally said forget it and we ended up going with ****. Then the bills started to arrive then the SIM cards which I sent back. Being responsible I immediately returned the SIM cards back to the address they came from. A week later, another bill arrived, then another. This after, I had discovered that they didn't have a phone number to call, so I tried to Chat and send them a email. The bills kept coming and getting a touch nasty. Last week I received a letter from their Vancouver address threatening to notify the credit reporting agencies to which I responded *********** my own actions if they proceeded to collect the approximately $380.00 they claim I owed. ** ********** ** ** ****** ****** ** **** I contacted the CRTC and filed a formal claim which has been acknowledged. Yesterday I received a call from a local collection agency claiming that I owed $411.00.       Signed up with koodo. They convinced me to sign up for a tablet. The tablet arrived but they haven't provided the Sim card needed to operate it. They are still trying to charge me for it despite not having provided the service. I've tried to just return the brand new unused tablet but they are refusing to take it back. Still haven't even provided a Sim card nearly 3 months after the activation date. Service department is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I don't want the service now and they are refusing to remove the charges and take back the tablet.

      What a terrible experience! During last Black Friday period, I referred lots of my friends to the Koodo plan. Now they refuse to give me referral credits and marked my account fraud! It's so offensive!

      Pathetic experience with Koodo internet. ***** *** **** **** **** * **** *** ***** ******** I took internet connection but since it was not providing good coverage, I decided to cancel. Oh my gosh, I didn't realize what a pain it is to cancel the internet service online. When I tried logging into the account and cancel subscription, it took me to a white page where it showed nothing to cancel the subscription. It was clearly a technical glitch of their website and when I called customer service, I realized they don't have a direct calling number. I had to chat through their virtual chat and provide my number to schedule a call back. After a while, I received the call and a service rep was struggling to find my internet account and after a while when he found, I told him that I cannot cancel online so help me to cancel through their system. I was shocked to hear that there is no other way. I asked him to atleast submit a request to concerned team and don't know what he did and he told he has submitted the request and provided me return shipping label to return the devices. I thought may be it got cancelled but upon logging into their website, I see my subscription is still active. I again talked to another rep and this time the rep told that she could not see any notes or requested submitted for me to cancel the internet subscription. I asked her if she can do again but the same answer you can only cancel it through online. Am totally stuck now. I reached out to koodo community and looking at my message somebody replied my account is stuck in limbo, there is a technical glitch with their system and a handful of customers are impacted. There is no ETA to get this fixed. This is so frustrating, my account is still active and I don't know what to do.
