      I ordered from Parts Engine Canada and deeply regret it. Their customer service was completely non-existent. No one responds to emails or phone calls—it’s like shouting into the void. After weeks of silence and zero updates, I requested a refund, but they never issued one. In the end, I had to dispute the charge through my bank just to get my money back. It’s absurd that a business can operate this way in 2025. **** ******** *** ************ **** ********* ******** ***** I’ll never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

      I ordered an exhaust system before Christmas. Was told it will be ship early January. Contacted you guys early Jan to be told it will be couple more weeks. And follow up last week to be told few more weeks. This is a joke. ****** ***** **** *******. They are fast at taking your money but will take There time to ship it. ****** ******. I’m Emailing them for updates and they take long time to get back to us.

      Partsengine.ca has pathetic customer service ** *** ******** **** ***** I have been waiting over 3 weeks for shipping notice on an order you can not reach them by phone! I am in the process of canceling financing for this order do to the fact I am already making payments on an order I've never received ! Had to pay shipping cost for Canada when stated free shipping in Canada **** **** **** **** ******* You're guaranteed to be disappointed if you use them !

      Terrible customer service. Ordered a set of rims and winter tires from them, their website said they had stock, but after a week of hearing nothing back from them ..... I emailed and heard nothing back, then sat on hold for 2 hours to eventually be told that they were on back order and wouldn't be in stock until "end of Feb" (as winter was ending) I demanded that my order was cancelled ..... and refunded today (i need to go out to buy replacements) I was told it couldn't be that quick, asked to speak with a manager - put on hold again for another 45 mins, before being disconnected ..... still don't have my money back - will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow - **** ** ******

      **** * *** ******* **** ****** ordering and paying$1,640.22 for a part initially confirmed by them to ship within days . 2 days later I was told to he part was found to be unavailable and that they would try to get it custom ordered by the manufacturer. No word since then in almost 30 days and no refund. ** ******* ***** ******* * ***** ** * ******* ***** **** ** ***** *  I have now filed a chargeback request to my credit card and demanded a refund from parts engine.ca and suggested that if my money is not returned there will be legal action

      ********** *** ***** ******* * **** **** ******* ***** Ordered a part with a 4-8 week delivery. The order was made July 11/24. I asked for an update 10 weeks after the order to get told sorry we have no idea anything about that part give us a few minutes and we will get back to you "promptly". 2 weeks later I emailed asking what was going on because I had no reply yet. They said "we have no idea we will probably be able to ship it within 2-3 weeks. I said no and asked for a refund. 4 days later now I still don't have a receipt showing the return and no sign any money will ever be coming..... ** *** ********** *** ************* ***** **** **** *** **** ****** ** *** **** **** ****** ******* ** ******* **********

      Ordered a part for my truck, after a week waiting, called multiple times to see when it will be shipped, the line is always busy, left call back number, no one returns calls. Finally got a email said it will take 1-3 weeks to arrive at the warehouse. After waiting 4 weeks still no updates, send them an email requesting cancellation and refund, no reply they just ignore you.

      Purchased a roof for my **** with "free shipping". Estimated delivery date 2-3 weeks. Two weeks after ordering I received an invoice asking for $450 for the shipping costs for the free shipping.... Today is 6 weeks since ordering and still no roof. Emails asking for updates initially were answered with "we have to check with the warehouse" and then no follow up, but eventually ended up being ignored. When I called I was unable to get through via the order line so I went through sales where I was able to talk to someone. I received 3 different reasons for the delay.
