      After telling me in January ********************** Dec 2024, that there was a monitor on my tank and that they would send someone to fill my tank automatically when it reached a certain %. I find out through my tenant that the tank is empty through one of the coldest days this winter. When I called, I am told that I do not have a monitor but they will install one now. I explain that this is the only source of heat and I am assured that a deiver will be there to fill the tank that day (yesterday) by at the latest 11pm. I am asked to call Levac if the driver is not there by 8pm. I telephone multiple times at 8pm and no one answered the phone, it states on your website that you have 24/7 telephone service. NO ONE showed up! and no one is still answering the phone line this morning. No call was made to me to say why they didn't show up either last night or today. If my pipes freeze, I will definitely be letting them know

As discussed with our sales representative, ****, we will be adding a monitor to your tank and an additional tank for extra storage, ensuring you have peace of mind with more reliable fuel management going ********** Propane Levac, we are in the business of delivering propane, and it is certainly not in our advantage to delay deliveries.       This is a very slow company. I always have to call more then once to get my propane tanks refill. The latest what I heard from Levac is that they cannot deliver before a payment from the previous delivery is received. I always paid my bill when received. Normally I received a slip from the driver and statement in the mail. This time there was no slip and I have not received the statement by mail. When I called again, they sent me the statement by E-mail. But I am awaiting a new credit card by mail so it will take couple of days more.There is always issue with their delivery. Once they let me run out completely of the propane. Next spring I will switch to a different, more friendly and more reliable company.

      Horrible company with terrible customer service, they charge you a yearly rental fee, and sent a man to my house to collect the money because I was 30 to 60 days late paying the $165 bill. They could have called first and I would have paid it, as it was only a rental fee not a propane refill. Save your money and go to another company for propane unless you like people showing up to your house threatening you for the bill, which I have never had happen in my life from any company ever. normal companies call people first if payments are late especially in this economy. Crazy accounting staff at this company and terrible customer service, go elsewhere!!!!

      I have been a customer with ********************** since 2011 and have been very satisfied with your service. However, I track the commodity price of propane on the markets very closely and notice that the price of propane has little correlation to what is being delivered to my door. Today propane is trading at 57 Cents ** per US gallon. A simple conversion shows that equates to 15 Cents ** per litre, or 19 Cents ******** $ per litre. As the current price appears to be 80 Cents Can per litre delivered to the door (plus 10 cents carbon tax, plus tax) the customer ends up paying about $1 Can per litre for something costing you ********************************************************************************************* the price of ******************** that has occurred over the past year.Customer in ******, *******

In ******, when looking at the current trading/market price (****** or ********) you must take into consideration that we have to add the cost for freight, equipment, storage, staff, fuel and so on to be sustainable. We always have and always will strive to offer the best pricing possible to all our clients. Rest assured that our clients always get the best possible price, when the propane trading/market price drops our prices are adjusted accordingly, and they are adjusted daily to reflect reality.       Lets just say I cancelled their service because I disagreed with there billing methods. I won't go into details but stay away, all they are after is your money, they don't give a .....about the customer.

Customer satisfaction is and will always be our top priority, we continue to offer the same products and deliveries all while adjusting to the pricing of everything going up in ********** also, example trucks, gas etc, We want to be there for our clients, therefore we must adjust to remain sustainable. We do have rental fees on our equipment and those terms are included and clearly explained in all our contracts. We understand you would prefer not to be charged for same, unfortunately we cant leave equipment somewhere for free all while a single tank has nearly doubled in price in the last year. As discussed, with higher volume consumption we do offer lower rental fees. You will note that our prices are competitive to the current propane market. We would love the opportunity to regain your trust, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your file further.

      I am not surprised to read all of the bad reviews here. My experience with this company has been nothing but ridiculous!. The story is long so I will not state it here, just a warning to other consumers, be sure to check out the company you select before committing, this one I would say stay away from When I stated that I was going to switch to another, the employee of Levac says thats fine with me.

      Wish they had the price on their website. Gas stations do, why cant they? After receiving a bill that was 2.5 times higher than expected last year, we have mainly been using electric. If we could work out what we are likely to be billed, we would be more willing to use the furnace.

The price of propane fluctuates from day to day, retail propane purchases are private transactions involving a distributor and a business, and depends on a number of factors. Supply and demand, time of year, location are all potential factors that influence prices. It is always possible to reach out to us at any time to know the current price per litre listed should you wish to budget for an incoming propane fill up. We offer to our clients budget plan programs where we guestimate your usage for a year then provide you with a fix monthly payment for a period of 11 months and then we readjust on the 12th month. This option allows you to be able to know the exact amount to budget for propane each month.Also offered to our clients is a fix price, typically the fix rate contracts are signed in August or September and we analyze the market to determine a rate that we lock in for 12 months. It is usually a little higher than the ongoing rate but allows you to stay on budget should the price per liter spike up, however if the price per liter drops down you continue to pay the fix rate as per the agreed contract. We have different options available, it all depends on what works best for you.
