I pay monthly for them to provide me with internet access. Their service has been down or limited for about a week and they tell me i have to request for my bill to be prorated as im not receiving the full service im paying for. We have a contract i pay them i receive a service if they don't or cannot provide that service why is the onnus on me to have to request to have my bill adjusted to make up for their lack of fulfillment. It should go with out saying if i lose the service im paying them for my bill should be adjusted according. I feel this "policy" is just an attempt to not have to prorate customers for their lack of service if they don't "request" it. Hence no "request" they keep your full months charges for a service they failed to provide. Which seems very unfair especially to elderly people and others who dont know. I believe they are unjustly benefitting by not prorating bills when they are actually in violation of their contract by not providing the service being paid forBusiness response
