    ******** ********** was the previous name of this dealership and now it moved to MITSUBISHI SUDBURY with the same contact info provided here. on July 17th, 2021 I booked an appointment with Agent ***** looking for available options for trading in my RVR 2015 after I ended paying about 350 $ for changing oil that was supposed to not be more than 90 $ however they started to let me do other things that are not really necessary for my car. so I decided to go with an option to purchase a new car and keep my mind in peace and not worry about anything. the ***** ********** started to give me options in a very narrow time and also to drive test Eclips Cross 2022, I liked the car and the features it has so we started to negotiate about the price for the trade-in as it was very low and under what the car worth at least 4 or 5 k less than the market price. so the agent tried his best to sell one of the available inventory cars. and put me in a pressure to decide for a reason that this deal is for now and if i decided to take a time to think this deal may not be available, plus for a first time buyer believe me it is not easy at all as the ***** ********** didn't give me a break or suggested for me to think about itas supposed to, so i find my self signing off the financing contract with him. the first thing i found out which is the big difference in the price advertised and the totall after adding taxes and other unknown fees , so the price went from 37 k to 50 k in total !!!!!! that was crazy right !!! anyway one of the papers i found from the contract saying that my car milage was 25 k,m . however when i recieved my car after 1 week the milage was 250 km so that was my first question mark then the cargo cover piece that was all in , the car was missing so i had to keep bugging the ***** ********** to get it for me and it took about 2 weeks till he get it for me equal to 300$ value !!! then an issue started with slowly leaking air from tires that i thought it is something normal so i kept filling the tires and every one or 2 weeks have to refill the tires till one of my friend advised me that this is something the dealer has to take care off especially the purachase of the car was less than 2 months. i booked an appointment with the dealer to fix the issue so when i reached there the front desk told me i can't let the car in till you sign that you will be the fee charges for the work has to be done. at that time all i knew that there is a VIP warranty that i purchesed and also has been written in the tires prochure that there is coverage to that issue so the front desk kept arguing about that for more than half an hour and then i had to leave as that was the time the service closed, i left very upset and disappointed from the way the dealer was treating me .... no respect at all for customers and clients . i tried to call the ********** that sold me the car many times but no answer then i sent him an email asking him to confirm to me that issue otherwise i will go on and file a compalint. so i recieved a call from him on Thursday Sep 16th morning time telling me that there is no coverage or warrenty over tires leakes HOWEVER he told me that he spoke to the ******* and agreed to do the work in return i have to give them A FIVE STARS GOOGLE REVIEW !!!!!!! at that time i didn't believe that dealerships can do that or even if it is legel to ask clients to that soi thought this might be a joke and told him no problem i have to fix the car ASAP as it is a sefety issue more than anything else so we agreed to come at 4:20 pm almost 45 minutes before the service close time to let them fix it to me. i arrived 4:15 pm after i had to take a leave from work and when arrived the ********** was busy with customers and disgarded our appointment and when i mentioned to the front desk did the ********** tell you about our conversation that he will take care if the issue and again the front desk was very rude and just dealing with me in disrespect as i am just a number and after 15 minutes give and back they were on that like if no pay no fix or wait for the **********. then i told her ok let us not to wait as it is a sefety issue and i nned it fixed and i will pay if i have to , the answer was i can't get you in because you didn't book an appointment with service , so i kept repeating what the ********** has told me to do and finally i felt so upset and so ashamed that i am dealing with these people and then went to the front desk and asked for a complaint form to fill out and submit then the recieptionest was very confused and didn't know what to do so she started to waste time waiting for the ********** to finish and come to calm me down. i asked after 10 minutes to see the ******* and then i had to wait for a nother 10 minutes to see him,. when i met the ******* i told him what happened and then i asked him" did the ********** agreed with you about fixing my tires issue for free in exchange with me giving you guys 5 stars review ? he said yes so i told him is this even legally to ask your clients that to give you a good comment about the great service you provide while in reality you guys are treating me very inrespectfully, then he started to blame me that if i paid from the beggining that all would have been resolved prevousley disregarding my right in knowing what is covered and what is not. and then i told him how come the ********** would tell me to leave my work and come at this time at the time he informed no one and he didn't even booked me with the service!!!!! after all i found out that there is no end to that discussion and my concern was to file a complaint against his company. he replied: you can submit your claim to my email address. and then just found that his email address isn't even with Mitsubishi brand name ( .................(at)401auto.ca). i don't even know if he is really the ******* there or not!!! till now no communications from the dealer at all regarding any follow up. i am filing a legal report against them to OMVIC as well.
