      ** *** *** **** ********* They bill for a visit but do not return to repair your appliance. I had a rep attend my home who didn’t even look at my washer - he said he would have to order a part which would take a week to come - he billed me $150 and never returned. All calls and attempts to get information about when they would return with the part and do the work went unanswered. **** ******* ** * *****

      ** * ***** ***** ** ***** * ****** * ****** **** **** *** ******* ******* Enbridge tested my gas stove and quoted a CO leak and told me to call for an appliance repair technician. I looked up ******** ********* ****** which is actually Appliance Report Experts - who knew?? The technician (***) who came to my house, quoted $400 to replace the igniter switch in my gas oven. Our discussion regarding the waiver of the initial fee of $139 was confusing: was it included in the cost of repair or not included? I was given two different prices one with the initial fee included and one without the fee included, but both the same price???!! In my attempt to clarify the confusion,he simply said he had no patience for discussing the cost. He was abrupt and **** about it which was fishy to me. He also wanted to charge $100 to sign the ******** document which indicates that the work was done. I called customer service to ask questions about the billing: I was told the fee for repairs would be $249 plus $60 for parts. He said it was on the invoice for the initial visit. The invoice does not say that, but now I'm wondering what the $400 amounts to?? *** then would not allow me to ask any further questions and would no longer assist. **** ** * **** ******* *******. Lastly, when I initially called the company back, I got no answer. BUT I got a call from a spam number answering my call saying they were customer service, ie ***. He was ****** and disrespectful. ****** ********* *** ** *** **** ** **** ********

      **** ******* ** * ***** They charge more than what they initially say is the cost once they've "fixed" your appliance. Didn't even last a week before dryer died again. They had a million excuses why they couldn't send someone to repair it again under their warranty promise. They were ignoring our calls. Then we used our home phone to call and they picked up immediately, so obviously they were screening our calls. They left us hanging for weeks without a dryer. **** ***** **** *** **** * *** ****** **** **** ** ********  Thankfully our credit card took our payment back and refunded us. ***** ******* ****** * *** *** **** *** ******** ** * *** ** ***** *******

      **** ** * **** ******** After making the payment, there was no communication or service. It took seven weeks to receive the part, and even after replacement, the issue was not resolved. There is no customer service, no warranty, and they have completely disappeared.

      Set an appointment to come look at my washer. They never showed up. I called to cancel. Now they keep showering me with invoices to pay for this service call that never happened and they are threatening collections.

      **** *** **********. First, one can only book an appointment online, but no chance to talk to anyone in person. Despite there being at least six different phone numbers to contact, customer service is non-existent… Second, though one has the option to cancel the technician's visit not less than 3 hours in advance, it does not mean what you may think—this is not a real option... Third, even though no technician ever came to the house, the company will email an invoice for “Diagnose and Repair of Electric Appliance.” After a week, you'll get “your final warning regarding the unsettled balance on your account with Appliance Repair Expert... Despite our previous communications, the outstanding amount remains unpaid. Immediate action is required to avoid further consequences. Such as reporting to BBB and your BANK. This might affect your CREDIT SCORE… Ignoring this notice may lead to legal proceedings and additional costs. To discuss a payment, contact our billing department at" the phone number. However, as I've said, none of their phone numbers ever get answered.

      On Dec. 31st these people sent out a repair man for our ** washer. He took it apart and told us it was the pump. I paid for the diagnose and labour at $285 and half the cost of the drain pump at $94 (total price of pump is $188.10), plus tax. I was told the pump would be ordered on the 2nd of January(Thursday) and installed Thursday evening. That day came and went and Friday morning I called to enquire on the status of the part. Someone was supposed to call with an update. I heard nothing. Monday afternoon I call and again, they said that they would reach out to the technician and call me back. Nothing. Tuesday morning I called and was told someone would call by afternoon. Nothing. Tuesday afternoon came and I called back wondering what was going on. Got the same answer. I'm extremely disappointed that a repair company can't give me an update on the status this pump. I had to place several calls all times calling to get someone on the phone. I'm not sure who these people are or how they conduct business. ****** **** ******* *** ****** ******** ****** **** **** **** ****** *** **** ***** ** **** ********* ******** *** *** ********** **** ***** ***** **********

They are not responding to email or calls, in fact they do not pick up the phone from my number and now I need to call using a different line. Filing a police report ***** ********

      ***** . This called Ibrahim tech came and ripped my front door seal so he can charge $800 plus . He damaged my washer *********. No customer service ever to contact . Someone called back called Alex and told me to email manager in order to get my money back . * **** **** *** *** *****
