    I missed a $356 dollar payment on February 28,2025 and i was ready to send a transfer over to my account to get up to date and they said I had $1788.90 owing now I just can’t believe they can legally do this to people

    Wippy ******* *** took everything from me. Today i have no job and no money. I used this company to get $700 winter tires. They never called or send any warning and one day they ***** my car away at night around 12:00AM. Prior to that i received no notification from this ******** company. When i trued to call then they said write mails we don’t talk on calls. I was still asking for my car back and was ready to pay. For $700 tires they took my $30,000 car and now asking for $4600 and threatening me that they will sell my car out after. I have no money to do anything. I don’t even know from where to get any help. I have no work anymore as the car was my source of income. ** ********* **** ****** ** ** **** * ** ******* Wippy **** *** giving me such stress, panic and poverty. ***** ** * ******** ************ ** *** ******* I need help, if someone can help me i will appreciate.

    * **** ** ****** **** ***** they charged me $7800 plus because they towed it in the towing company and the impounded my car. I have bi weekly payment and they deduct it directly thru my bank. How come that I have past due payment in my account? And I contact them several times email and live chat but they didn't response? I owed them only less $5000. And they give me notice yesterday that I have letter to sell intent to sell my car. *** * ****** ** ** *******

    I signed up in september and they weren't supposed to start taking payment till december. They started in oct, with double payments. I get no phone calls or emails from them and then i get a text saying they've been trying to call me When i call the number the text comes from im told they dont do phone calls so.... What am i supposed to do? Now they are saying they are going to repo my car... ** *********** ****** **** *** ****** ** ********

    **** ** ******** * ***** Wippy took over **** Loans, nobody informed me about any contract changes or anything. I purchased winter tires and financed about only $1300, back in 2020. Sold my car in 2020 and the dealership paid off the entire lien on the car. I still was getting deducted for the amount monthly until this year, got ************ calls from Wippy to as to why i loaned the money if I can't pay where as my point has been I sold the car 3 years ago and why do i still have a balance of $1400 They asked to take a look at the contract, never saw it in my life until i created the wippy account. Moreover, I have been trying to pay it off and they just keep increasing charges on the account. I was able to finally pay off my account today and get myself relieved from all the stress Wippy brought in my life! *** * **** ** *** ** ****** *** *** ** *** **** ******** ** **** **** ******** ** there are many hidden terms and conditions which won't help when you are already in the contract.

    This company has ****** $614.46 I sent them a check for 7883.87 to pay off my 3 loans with them the day the processes the payment we owed $4442.02 so from that check I sent them we should receive $3431.85 back instead they are sending us a check of $2817 They are ***** on the payoffs but we took screenshots daily of the amounts owing as it updates interest at midnight each day You can’t call only chat that disconnects all the time *** **** **** ******** ****** ***** **** ** ****** ** ** *** ***** *****

    **** ******* ** *** ******* **** ****** **** **** ** *** ********** you can't contact company via phone. they take various amounts out of you account ,they try and say it is penalty cost as per their contract. They ******** to take your vehicle and then do. They took money out of a bank account that was almost 800 when payment was only 75. We closed the account and started paying etransfer. ( Which I have email proof they okayed.) But then they start adding penalty fees for not having access to the bank. Then they took the car and I have been trying to contact them to no avail. The vehicle is technically still owned by the bank as I am currently paying bank for auto loan. The bank is in process of getting the vehicle back But then I will be on the hook to the bank for any fees they pay GO TO Loans. **** ******* ** ******** **** *** **** ****** when your vehicle needs repair and you don't have the funds we get hooked in. I am looking into legal action and a lawsuit against this company. * ** ******* *** **** ****** **** *** ****

    Keep getting emails saying I am late when I am not. They want me to provide personal info through a text to see the issue.. even though that's a serious concern **** *** *** ***** ***** **. I've provided proof yet they keep hounding their clients after the fact. Talking to them is useless.. ****** ********

    Cannot speak with live person, when I took my loan, they withdrew money from my daughters account, which they didn’t even have the account number and I don’t know how they got a hold of her account and my daughter is only 15 years old. It took so long for me to get them to take the money out of my account instead of my daughter. it just seems like they don’t understand what you’re talking about and now I have a question about a $20 insurance fee that they are charging me every month and one person replied to my text saying this is insurance because I did not add them to my car insurance and the other is messaging me to telling me that no it’s not. And that This is just a fee and refers me to their website, which doesn’t give information on why this fee is being deducted from my account And I understand I did not add them on my insurance but there must be some sort of coverage for $20 fee. I did contact the ministry of transportation and other sources and they’re all saying that this doesn’t make sense and that it may not seem legit.
