I purchased a part for an RV Fridge from them. They sent me the wrong part that I learnt when I went to have my part installed at the repair place. I asked for a refund. They said no despite numerous emails and explanations including support from my repairmen. I opened a ******** dispute. I won. They were unhappy and have now sent my file to a credit collection agency that is hassling me for a supposed debt. This has affected my credit *****************. I am obviously upset. They should be ashamed of their business practice.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/23) */ The part sold was the correct part specified by the manufacturer for the appliance information provided by the customer. Also, It was ordered as a special order from the manufacturer, and as such was non-returnable. Finally, the customer failed to advise us that the part was not the one he required for almost three months following receipt of the goods. Had the customer advised of the issue earlier, we would have been happy to request a special order return accommodation from the manufacturer. Because there was no valid basis for the customer to initiate a chargeback request with his credit card issuer and because the amount remains outstanding, the matter was referred to our legal and collections department for resolution. The above statement would make sense if the correct part was sent to me. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong part. I have an email chain where they admit to this **********. This is part of the information I sent to ******** Disputes that had them rule in my favor. If ******** disputes would have ruled against me I would have accepted it and moved on. RV parts obviously did not feel the same way. Now I have a credit claim affecting my credit report. Seems like a poor way to do business for me.
