1 starI cancelled my plan back at the end of 2024 after ONLIA changed the way they handle payments / accounts, yet I continued getting billed. They never responded to my request at any time. I emailed again in February and am just now getting a response and they're telling me my balance is almost $600. After this "ticket" was opened in February and no response was given, I get a generated response stating I owe them money and they immediately close the ticket saying it was resolved. ********! Their website ** *******; I cannot login and make adjustments and they removed the ability to make payments through my online web account. Requesting a "new password" never sends an email, because my account has clearly been deleted or locked to stop me from accessing my info. ONLIA, stop ******** **** **** ********* and make things right. Remove the "$590+" that I "owe" as my insurance has been cancelled since late last year. It was cancelled BY YOU due to "non-payment" as a result of YOUR dysfunctional website and lack of communication. **** **** *** ****** ** ******** ******* *** *** ***** ****** ********** I'm not asking for money back, I'm asking for you to remove any outstanding balance you think I have. 1 starAbsolutely terrible there is no one to speak to. You will wait months and months on end to get a reply by email. I am so thankful that I have gotten away from them. Even though I am no longer with this insurance company I am still receiving emails at random times saying that my insurance is it’s going to be cancelled for nonpayment even though I am not with them. I receive random emails stating that I’m getting a refund in the next couple weeks…money that is not owed to me and money that I do not receive?…. they are just sending out computer generated emails. 1 star**** ******* ** *** ***** *** **** ********** i canceled my policy last month and they charged me the full amount than are goin to refund me half after literally ******** from me! Had to sit on the phone for exactly and hour to the second to finally talk to a human. Their website will not load when i sign into my account to seen if my policy is actually canceled. 1 starSince the change over Onlia has been the worst to deal with. You can never get a hold of any one when you call. If someone does finally answer, it’s after waiting an hour and then most of the time that person puts you on hold only to transfer you to someone else with little warning, and then that transfer generally means waiting another hour to then being hung up on. This company never answer emails. I have sent emails from last year, and up to today no response on those emails. They constantly had system issues with payments being taken and then blame the customer. My credit card then expired, but I couldn’t even get a hold of someone to update the information. After all this I was sent an email saying that my policy is being cancelled for non payment (funds were in always in my account) even though it was there system that was having issues withdrawing my payment. Funny how I still was never emailed back to address any of the payment issues THEY were having beforehand. This company plays games with people’s money, lively hood and time. It’s ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy! 1 starThis company is awful they went 3 months taking no payments then randomly dropped one of my vehicles with no answer as to why they why threatened to cancel for non payment yet they hadn’t bin taking the payment despite money being in my account then they sent me a renewal where I declined as I was not going to renew with them I obtained a new policy with a new company then I again received a email saying they where canceling my policy due to non payment but I didn’t renew my policy they took $120.63 out of my bank account but my monthly amount was $300 you can’t get anyome on the phone or for them to answer emails now I have to fight with my bank to get my money back that they tookReview fromLarissa R

1 starI’ve been with them for a number of years.. They canceled my insurance-after asking me to confirm by email if I wanted to continue upon renewal, to which I agreed! Prior to this, I have been trying to contact them since the end of November 2024 about payment methods which were abruptly changed on our online profile. With no notice whatsoever. No one answers the phone and it took them 2 months to respond to my email. They did not debit any payments for months-REMOVED the credit card I had on file, again with no notice or explanation. They were also threatening to cancel for non-payment as well during that time (via email) Now what are those of us supposed to do about our car insurance? It’s not that easy or affordable to acquire these days, even with someone with a perfect driving record. 1 starInitially, I was advised by the company that my coverage would remain valid until the 18th of February. However, when I advised I would be using another company upon renewal on the 6th of February I was informed that my policy actually ended on the 3rd of which was three days prior. Meaning I had been driving for 3 days with no coverage. I immediately got coverage with a different company. Feb 14 I received an email advising my next bill was ready payment was being withdrawn. However I am still waiting on refund for the deposit! I have been on hold for 1 hour and 24 minutes currently still waiting this is normal for the company can never get ahold of them!Review fromAbdi A

1 star***** *** ********* **** ****** The customer service is non existent. They have not replied to my emails for 4 months now. They will not answer your phone call and instead they will hang up on you after you've waited on hold for 1-2 hours. I tried contacting them on ******* and I did receive a response there but it was nothing helpful and only provided false hope as they told me to contact their support by phone or email. I have sent multiple emails in the past 4 months and none have received a response. Thankfully my insurance is up end of February and I got insurance with a different company whose basic customer service felt like absolute heaven after dealing with the nightmare **** ** *****. I hope there is no auto renewal with my Onlia insurance as I emailed then to not renew since I found insurance elsewhere.
