Amongst all the problems I had during the 5 yr mortgage term and ***** with B2B. They have yet to contact the City of ******** so I can take over paying my own taxes. I obviously switched lenders they would make mistakes on their OWN Documents that they made up. Seems funny the City won't let me pay my property taxes without B2B's permission. Waiting over 3 weeks for this to happen. I've been told twice over the phone the request was sent in.

    Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!! Took me three months to get my money out from them...with NOTHING wrong at all. Took me 6 months to get my mothers estate money away from them...AGAIN, with nothing wrong. They will make up every excuse to make you DANCE for your own money ( spelling mistakes, lost documents, you sending frivolous documents, refusal to call you back...you name it, they can come up with every ** excuse in the book ). ** ***** *** * **** * ***** ** ***** ** ** ******* ** *** *** **** *** ***** ********* **** ****** **** ***** *** **** ** ******** * ***** *** **** ** *** ************** *** *** *** ***** ******* ************

**** **** **** *** ***** I have an investment loan and investment with them which I was told I'd be able to sell at any time. With the market falling, I now want to sell. My financial advisor, who set up the loan, just retired and the account hasn't been transferred to my new advisor yet, so I called B2B to ask them how to proceed. I spend half an hour on the phone with a rep who told me exactly how to fill out their form. I followed all the instructions to the letter. That was more than two weeks ago. Yesterday I called to ask where the money was and they told me my request to sell had been denied!!! Not only is B2B holding me locked into a sinking investment against my explicit instructions and against the terms of the agreement, but they didn't even bother to tell me they were doing it. * **** ****** ************* **** *** *** ******* *** *** **** ***** ** * ***** ******

Since last Thursday, I have been diligently trying to understand why there is an additional charge of $8,500 for the payout of my mortgage. This issue has not only caused confusion but has also resulted in a significant delay in the closing of my purchased house, which was originally scheduled for the 15th of this month. Unfortunately, due to this delay, I am now facing additional out-of-pocket expenses. My repeated attempts to contact your company and seek clarity on this matter have been met with extreme frustration. Each day, I have called in, only to be told that someone will get back to me, but I have received no such callback or resolution. This lack of communication and assistance from your team is completely unacceptable. As a last resort, I have taken to ******** to voice my concerns and seek assistance publicly. It is disheartening that I have had to resort to such measures to get a response from your company. I believe that open communication and prompt resolution of issues are essential aspects of any reputable mortgage provider.

That their higher level staff ie Senior Manager, Administration Lending Operations and Vice President, ***** people need to go back to school to upgrade their customers service skills. They think they sit up high so they don't need to response to emails and calls. Doesn't matter how high their position is, they need to rememeber its the customers that help them put a roof over their head!

I have been dealing with my mother's estate at B2B Bank and received a letter suggesting I call the listed number with any questions. When I call the number I am told the estate department does not accept incoming calls and I must email them. Then the representative hung up without providing me with the email address. This is absolutely appalling customer service. I don't know why anyone would use this bank. No other bank is this difficult to deal with.

    * **** *** **** **** *** **** ** **** ************! I have never dealt with so many incompetent employees in my life. We have been ******* and never got answers to our problems. All they are interested in is making money. With the new ceo in...nothing but making money is their goal. We are only account numbers...nobody ever talked to us re our accounts history....
