      I have banked with TD since I was 14. ***** ******* ******* ** ** ***** ***** * ***** ** ************* * **** **** **** * ***** *** ** ** *** *** ********** *** ******* **** *Unnecessary overdraft fees —minimum amounts to avoid $29.95 monthly charges —2.1% RESP investment management fees —A complete lack of transparency into investments —Yearly surveys that advised I couldn't keep contributing to my RESPs at the risk level I wanted —Asking me the source of my deposits, ** ** * *** * **** ****** **** *** ** ** * ******** * ****** *********** *********** **** **** *** ** ** ****** **********  And if you want any answer AT ALL, you need to drive to a branch and physically go inside to deal with people and paper. It took MONTHS to cash one RESP to pay for my oldest child's tuition. Nothing useful is electronic. Until last year, the app looked like it was built **** *********** circa 2004. It is not easy to bank at TD. ** *** ** *** ******** *********** **** ** TD Bank, they don't care about loyalty. When I expressed my frustration about simple 21st-century electronic banking bottlenecks, they invited me to make an in-person appointment and come in **** ****. I couldn't wait to move everything out once I got the ball rolling. ** ******** * ****** *** ** ** ************ ** ********** ** *** ***** **************** **** ******** ******** Cannot recommend TD to anyone who values their time or savings.

      ***** **** *** ******** ** **** ******* **** ****** after a completely mismanaged experience that has now resulted in potential penalties of up to $16,000 due to missing the March 31st deadline—largely caused by a lack of service and follow-through from our advisor, *****. Despite her 25 years of experience, the service we received was disorganized, ******** ****** **** ********** and lacked accountability. ** * ********** **** ** ****** *********** ******* ********* **** *** * *** ****** ** ******* ****** ** ********* ** Better Organization – We were asked to resend the same documents multiple times. ?? Proactive Communication – We had to chase for updates, rather than being informed when there were developments. ?? Client-Focused Attitude – The emphasis was often on how much work was being done, rather than delivering thorough and high-quality service. ?? Ownership – When mistakes were made, responsibility was deflected instead of acknowledged.       It's a neverending nightmare anytime you have the slightest issue with this bank. Between the disrespectful staff (on the phone and in branch) and the one million hoops you have to jump through, this bank isn't worth it. After being a loyal customer for many, many years, they have decided tonight to refuse a refund on a product I never received - without any justification. When I requested further information on this, the phone agent intentionally ended the call. I was then repeatedly disrespected by the second agent I spoke to, who couldn't figure out that when I'm talking that means she should not start trying to talk over me. As I've informed the second agent, I will be going into the branch this week to close my account with this bank. Terrible service, terrible products, and terrible procedures.

      ***** **** ********* ****** ** ******* *** Ak P. Manager Customer Experience, ******** ****** Discovery Harbour Branch 5 Star. This employee emulates INTELLIGENCE INTEGRITY INTENSITY. She should be training all TD Bank employees world wide. These virtues are from the original Toronto Bank 1855. I closed all my accounts recently for the following reasons. ** Absolutely very poor wait times, for someone wanting to invest $************, in different departments of the TD Bank. Transferred to multiple departments to resolve an issue. Call centers consistently backlogged when record operation profits were made in 2024. ** *** *** *** **** ***** **** ****** ** *** ** *** *** *. Loyalty & personal "small town" care is absent. If I had met Ak Pandey earlier, I would have considered doing business with TD Bank.

      I bank a lot with TD and in general, am relatively happy with them. I tried their **** ******** card last year though with an annual fee and this month I discovered they don’t provide an extract of your credit card transactions in csv for the whole year / last year which I need for accounting purposes. This major shortcoming is worth highlighting to the world to know. Hey TD, do you know that ********** and ******* *** provides that feature many many years back? Come on guys, this is an easy program to do.

      * **** ********** *** ** **** ** ******** Nothing but ridiculous issues *** ********** *** **** ********* ***** ************. * **** ******** ** **** **** **** ** ***** $16.95 in fees for this ***** bank which couldn't care less about the clients they serve who etrust their hard earned money into. ******* ***** ******* **** ***** ** ******* * *** *** *** they are willing to lose a client over $16.95 for the fee reversal I should be granted for the 2nd month because they cannot operate properly and get it together. * **** **** ** ******* **** ********* ** **** * **** ** ** * **** ***** *** * **** ****** *** ********* ****** ******** ***** **** ** ****** * ****** **** *******e! You can't respect your clients time and money then you don't deserve any clients.

      Why is it when you put a check in an ATM and it eats? It does not do your deposit. It takes 5 days for them to sort it out when they have my check at their branch Lake country Kelowna, BC Canada
