    Trying to exchange 6 pair of socks for a bigger size. Can not get ahold of any body concerning this matter as phone numbers listed are bigus. Have been emailing back-and-firth with an rep named/called 'Athens' Received nasty, cursing email from company, in particular 'Athens', about this matter. ***** *** ********* *** ******* ** *** I want an apology, **** ****** ***** **** ***** *** ***** ***** *** *** **** ****** and to exchange these socks fir a bigger size. This email was incredibly unprofessional and very, very offensive.

    I received 4 pairs of the wrong color socks, and contacted them. At a cost of $22, I was instructed to send them back for exchange. Weeks have gone by, and no replacement, and 2 weeks of emails, and they do not reply. So they have my money, and their socks, * **** **** ****** **** and now they are hiding. *** ******* ** ** ******** *****

    Ordered 4 pairs of socks according to their sizing chart. When they arrived they were way too small. They shipped from California but when I wanted to return them for a refund they gave me a Canadian address saying they only accept returns for refund at that address at my cost to ship back which was $23.00, half the cost of the product. After taking a month and a half the socks show back up at my house saying there is no such address.. I checked the email they sent me with the return address a I had the address correct. ***** ****** *** ********* * **** **** *** ***** ******* *** **** *** *** ********* **

    ************ *********** the socks were great. they worked and fit well. I liked them so much I wanted to order more so I ordered 9 additional pairs. The socks they sent me were in the correct size package but were not the correct size. They were way too big and I could not use them. After a month of getting their attention, I finally got an address to return them to. It was in Canada. they stated they would not process the refund until they received them and that I was responsible for the return. I paid to send the socks back. the package was refused with no reason given and the socks returned. So now, not only am I out the cost of the socks, i'm out the cost for shipping. They have been non responsive to all attempts to contact them since the email with the return address.     **** ******* ** ** ***** They told me I was a ***** for stopping payment to them, we don’t do business like this in the United States! I needed to get a size bigger and called me a ****** ****** ******** ******* ******* *** ******** ***** **** ***** *** *** **** ******** ** *** They gave me the ok then sent back which cost me $40 then I received the package back and on the package it say’s returned to sender! What the blank is going on? Charges were taken off my credit card, then put back on!! I’m out the $40 plus the $40 I payed for this ***** Someone please do something about this place!!

    Purchased socks from Compression Socks World after seeing advertisement on **. Add specifically said Made in the USA. After purchase I get tracking number showing they were in fact coming CHINA. DECEPTIVE advertising and no returned from calls from their 24 hour customer support which is an answering machine

    I received the compression socks but they didn't fit. I emailed them to return them and received the ok. I sent them back ***** and now ***** is telling me the address they gave me doesn't exist. So now they think I will be out the $70.00+ for the socks and the $40.00+ to ***** them back I DON"T THINK SO!!!!!
