I contacted them through their help page and recieved an email saying: Thanks for reaching out to us today. After a thorough review of your activities, we regret to inform you that your account has been permanently restricted from using Kijiji. This decision was made due to severe violations of our terms of service and community guidelines. **** ** ******** ******** ** I’ve never had anything but positive transactions on the platform. I don’t wish to make a new account bc I’m well known and respected. The very least they could do is tell me exactly what I did so I can defend myself but they won’t respond to my inquiries.       I posted an add on kijiji, I had to pay for the add and that was $19.95 plus tax and I also paid for an upgrade that was almost $10. I followed all the rules and conditions for kijiji. Shortly after paying kijiji deleted my add and when I tried asking them why they didn’t give me a answer, they just said I broke their rules but when I asked them what they couldn’t answer me or tell me what rules I broke. I asked for a refund and they blocked me.

      Hello, I attempted to post an ad on Kijiji and I was told my account was disabled. I barely use the service so this came as a surprise. Inquiring with their support team, they are quite short on information and they abruptly end communications at the drop of a dime. I have tried several times to find out why my account was disabled, however they simply state they reserved the right to not explain themselves. ****** **** **** *** **** * *** ***** ** ** ******  If I have broken or violated some policy or another, would it not be pertinent to find out why as to not repeat the same mistake. ** **** ***** **** ***** ***** ******** I simply would like to know what I did and how they came to this conclusion of revoking my account.

      Hello ** **** ** ******* ******* I am French Bulldog Breeder. In February after posting and paying for my adds on kijiji they were taken down and I was banned. I have been a 12 yr kijiji user and had never had any issues previously with my adds. I also was never reimbursed for the adds nor warned by kijiji of any wrong doing before completely banning my acct. I have tried to find resolve with kijiji and they said I was going to be reinstated and then changed their minds with zero explanation or reason as to why or how o broke their protocol.       Roughly 2 months ago Kijiji disabled my account and prohibited me from advertising my puppies on their platform, no reason given beyond that I violated their policy before the Customer Service Rep ended the chat so I was unable to even find out what the violation was in order to respond. ***** ** **** * ******* **** * *** ******** ** ************ ******* **** **** *** *** ******** *** *********** *********  With Kijiji, banning my account they have severely hampered my ability to advertise and sell my puppies* ******* **** ****** *** ********* ********* I have been an active paying member of their platform for over 10 years and have always posted my ads the same way. This never was an issue until 2 months ago. They allowed me to post and pay for 6 ads before they disabled my account, I did not receive any form of a refund for those ads. I am a member in good standing with the ***, have a valid business license and claim my sales from my puppies. I am looking for a resolution of having my long standing account reinstated and the ability to advertise my pups as I always have.

      Went to repost one of my expired ads and already had one pet ad running. Different ad cities as ones near my vets one near my home which I was told I was allowed. To get b***ed for using multiple accounts to post pets! Which makes zero sense as I have email proof it was only one account. The Kijiji worker was so **** and accused me of this and then just disconnected the chat. Didnt let me say anything. I wrote back again and was told I was flagged and b***ed for posting in multiple accounts which I asked what is the other account. They said we can’t tell you then disconnects the live chat!! Its so *************** ****, and I think a **** judgment ***** targeting breeders. Pro-rescue workers making up **** to remove you. * ******* *** ** * ******* ****** ** *** **** ** ** ******** ** *** ***** **** *** *** *** ** **** ** ***** *** ***** ** ***** ***** ******** *** **** ***** *** ******** ** ****. On top of it kijiji keeps your money for a service not provided. Its very frustrating spending hours doing nice pictures, creating ads, spending thousands health testing and raising healthy puppies to be treated like a con and puppymill. When I did not do anything wrong or use another account to post pets!! I had a technical issue with my account where it shows my work kijiji account logo (my place of employment) on one of my pages while logged into my personal account. I was told to ask for Tech help and did but they couldn't find out why. My son used! to live in a suite under us and we had shared internet. Kijiji accused me for his account in the past which was cleared up. We are different people, different suites. Nevena was the **** worker, The other person is Moon Both just disconnected live chat when I said there was a technical problem as I have proof I posted only from one account. They did not care, and I was told by another breeder they were ******** also by moon. How does kijiji allow this ***** towards its paying clients

      This is the third time I had had issues with Kijiji when I did not break any posting policies. Yet again I reach out for help and encounter **** customer service that just hangs up disconnects when you ask for help. My account was fixed as I did nothing wrong to get banned yet again. Its horrible service for a paying customer that was in good standing for over 15 years. The fact that it keeps happening and I keep getting treated like this makes me feel like Im getting ******** by pro rescue workers as Im a small breeder. I have reached out about my account showing my place of work logo showing up on my personal account depending on what page Im on for kijiji to say its fixed etc. this keeps happening leading into the weekend when I would get more responses. This has to stop as its causing emotional and financial distress to be treated like Im doing something wrong. I have not been refunded for paying services that have been denied over coding errors on kijijis end. This needs to stop I never broke policies and the **** customer service is disgusting! Very unprofessional Im not using more than one account. Moon fixed the issue last week for the add to run 2 days fine, third day gone and customer service wont look into it and disconnects!!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      kijiji was to fix the coding problem with my account. Moon worked on it and identified there was an issue. The matter was not fixed and Kijiji AI flagged the account again, with there workers dismissing the coding problem and blaming me for using two accounts. I have included pictures to show evidence of the problem. Look at the top of the page its shows the exact same responses as its the same account but depending on what page Im on it flips back and forth to A or K logo which shows different accounts but its still the A account. K belongs to a place I worked that I logged onto there account and posted an employment position as requested by my boss. 
      Second kijiji AI flagged I breed four breeds and posting policy allows 3. 
      I was posting the breeds that created the cross puppies. It would be like saying the breeds that created or where behind all purebreds. It was describing my puppies linage. 
      Crossing my boston to my frenchie created puppies often called frenchtons. Then the AI took french bulldog and pulled bulldog as a fourth breed. Then kijiji classified this as a commercial breeding puppymill. **** ** ********** ** ********* *** *************** It was only listing the parents to my puppies, which I was told rescues are allowed to describe linage but anyone else is not and grounds for permanent ban. 
      Thirdly, I gave out my cell as people wanted videos and more pictures which you cannot provide through the kijiji app. Kijiji then accused me of being a broker and selling or referring someone else's puppies by providing my own number. It is not against policy to provide your phone number upon requests for more pictures. 
      This is all over posting two ads that moon personally approved and said looked great and was fine. 

      Their is a coding issue with my account that kijiji has not been able to fix, and there AI program is flagging issues that are just descriptions of puppies parents. This is not a puppymill or a mass breeding operation. A person reading ads would see this, which Moon a kijiji worker read and approved the ads, to after it be incorrectly flagged as something it wasn’t. 
      why Im not allowed to provide my cell number no idea or why they think my cell does not belong to my account again must be a coding issue. 

      Then for kijiji to see the facts and proof with this on going computer coding issue and ignore that, and permanently ban me for things out of my control is extremely unprofessional, and causing undo distress and financial hardship. 

      * **** ** **** ***** ***** ***** *** ******** ******** **** ****. One breeder said kijiji fixed there account after filing a BBB report and was told she can only post or mention two dog breeds. Yet Im told three? No one is getting straight answers and i believe this is direct targeting against removing paying breeders from the site. 
      We have been in good standing for 12 years with kijiji! My puppies are raised in my home underfoot. Im a certified groomer, animal care aide, vet assistant, pet therapy trainer. My life has been devoted to helping animals and Im against mills, brokers, kennel breeding yet kijiji is accusing me of being these things!
      We can provide reference's, pictures, and our business licence. To get a licence you have to be inspected and the officers do not give out licences to puppymills or commercial breeders. Around 90% of the sellers of pets on kijiji do not have the experience, training, knowledge and high standards we have or are inspected and licensed but kijiji ******** us over the coding and AI issues. They ignored the proof we send to address the issue. 

      if there is a coding problem with my account that kijiji workers are not able to locate it, then the account needs to be removed-deleted and my email and phone number need to be unflagged and blocked. I should not be ******** and punished because of coding errors on kijiji end. 

      we need to open a new account and start fresh but kijiji needs to work with their paying customers vs dismissing the problem. 

      as well as kijiji kept money for both the ads they approved and then deleted. They did not refund for a service they charged for and did not provide. Which leaves me with they are profiting for services they are not providing.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      please provide contact for our lawyer as we have proof of a technical error, and my son and I work together which is one family helping each other, even though kijiji forced us to use one e-mail our account while logged in jumps back and forth. I also volunteer and help  rescuing dogs-pets and am exempt from listing only a couple breeds and using one email to assist in finding homes for surrendered dogs. Kijiji refuses to see proof while currently there is countless violations in the pet section. Brokers, out of province posts, breeders with over 11 adds, yet we are unfairly being targeted. This on going targeting causing emotional distress and hardship when our account was in good standing and my ads where approved needs to be dealt with not dismissed. Please provide information for our lawyer.

      We have hired a lawyer and have all the proof and reference letters to proving we never broke policies as well as countless other breeders coming forward being treated the same. 
      also advertising fees taken and not refunded as services were not provided. Which is against the law.

      this will be dealt with by lawyers as there is clearly targeting towards breeders. On the boston terrier chat almost everyone with the breed has been banned it can’t be a coincidence or a troll targeting boston breeders.

      I have posted 2 ads . One was without money, so free. It went public. Other one with puppies went blocked. I paid, received confirmation, but add no active. When try searching add, same thing. Noone sent me email that ad is removed. Pls help.

      After a careful review of the circumstances, we will not be overturning the ban on your Kijiji account ******************. In the past, you have advertised multiple dog breeds across different Kijiji accounts connected to the same profile. These breeds have included:

      Pugs
      Pomeranians  
      French Poodles
      Maltese

      In accordance with our Pet Posting Policies ***************************************************************, Kijiji users are permitted to post a maximum of three breeds only on Kijiji (including mixed breeds). Posting more than three breeds - even if only three are advertised on the site at one time - is strictly prohibited. Your activities on Kijiji suggest that you are breeding dogs on a commercial level.

      Additionally, there have been instances in which you have rehomed a dog before the 8-week mark (IE. In the case of ad #**********). Kijiji prohibits the sale of puppies and kittens under 8 weeks old. The date of birth for these animals must be clearly stated in the ad. This is to help ensure proper socialization and development. During the first eight weeks of a puppy's life, they learn important social skills and behaviours from their mother and littermates, such as bite inhibition, body language, and communication.

      For these reasons, your Kijiji profile will remain banned indefinitely. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
