January 16th of this year (2022), I had purchased an item from their website. The purchase was processed and email updates were sent to me regarding shipping fairly regularly which was good. The item arived quickly and was delivered on the 19th. I connected the equipment and found it was not working. I tried a few troubleshooting methods to rectify the issue, along with connecting it to other equipment to ensure my stuff wasn't the issue, but nothing worked. I sent an email out on the 28th to their customer support to reach out for help explaining the issue and heard nothing back, but I did recieve a survey from them two days later. I waited a week and a half before submitting a review to their survey. Immediately after doing so, A person I will refer to as "M" reached out to me. I worked with him to resolve the issue and he forwarded the results to the factory. Another person, "Y", from there asked "A" for help, and "A" replied by saying to try one thing I had already done and also said if that doesn't work, he advised a refund or to have a replacement sent to me. I replied detailing I had already attempted what "A" advised. On February 16th, "M" sent my reply to "A" and I heard nothing more. On March 8th, I sent "M" a follow-up email and got no response. It is now March 19th.
