They are affiliated with ******** ***** *** and even after the contract was cancelled they continually remove money monthly. They refuse to accept the email from us stating it was cancelled stating it has to come from ******** ***** who also refuses to speak to us. We are now looking at legal action.

I purchased an air conditioner in October 15 2018 with **** **. I have been transfered to finaceit. It has been 27 years at 51.79 and they are claiming I still owe 2,572.71. I never signed with finaceit. The original price was 4,384.40. 16,770.96 is what has been paid so far. **** ****** ** **** ** *** ******

The fact that you aligned yourself with a ********** company and then refused to work with anyone that has been ******* tells me that you are just as dishonest as the other... You have no one to talk to at your company, just parrots to repeat your policy(ies). You do not follow up with phone calls or emails and you don't not show up and/or not available for prearranged phone meetings; then gas light ***** customers that call you on it. All of this just goes to show me * ****** that you are just as dishonest as the companies that you work with.

I signed up for the Canada Greener Homes initiative through ******* ****** ******* ***** company) who filled out my application for a rebate for the purchase of a heat pump and submitted it to the Canadian government, on my behalf (which they are not supposed to do I found out later). ******* ****** ******* were supposed to do an audit before the installation in order for my application to be approved by the government at 0% interest. They then hired *** * ********** (another **** company) to install the unit, who then sold the loan to FinanceIt. According to the loan agreement with FinanceIt, I was to pay 2.99% interest for the first 12 months, and then 13.99% thereafter on a heat pump that I was being charged more than double what the unit actually costs. I was assured by ******* ****** ******* that I would never have to pay the 13.99% interest because by the time the first 12 months was up, my loan application would be in the hands of the government at 0% interest. I therefore signed the loan agreement with FinanceIt knowing I would never have to pay the exhorbitant interest rate. Once the 6 month audit was done by ********* ****** (also a ********** company), I started questioning the almost $7,000 fee they charged me for the audit and contacted the government only to be told that I had been *******. All 4 companies named here have been reported to Anti-Fraud Canada, the police and I have put the Credit Bureau on notice. I have just put a stop payment on the first month to be charged at 13.99% by FinanceIt and will be contacting a lawyer. I will bring an action in Court if necessary. I am more than happy to continue paying my loan to FinanceIt at the original interest rate and have called them 3 times in order to renegotiate. I am retired and cannot pay the outrageous interest on a loan that I was ******* on in the first place. I am sick and tired of being ********* by companies, who are in cahoots with each other, to bleed the masses dry.

I would be hesitant to ever take out a lone greater than 5 years. I have learned that regardless of perfect payment record after 5 years of payment on a 15 year long term. That this financial company has no problem doubling up interest rates. (9% to 18%) It’s a valuable lesson I have learned and I will never do business with this institution again! ***** ** *********

They take your payment for a company that has closed and the services are unavailable for which you pay for? So do I continue to pay for a service that is no longer in existence?

I was signed the agreement for installation of Solar panel with ****** Solar (New name : ******** Power) in March 08'2024 and Financeit was approved my loan within one day, after 5 months later the problem was ****** Solar (New name : ******** Power) never done to install any solar panel at my house but Financeit still send the billing to me in March till August, so I decided to cancel the agreement with ****** Solar (New name : ******** Power) and also paid the cancellation fee in August 09'2024, I have sent e-mail to Financeit so many time to stop my loan and the answer is waiting for management to proceed the cancellation and it does take time even I have sent e-mail the cancellation in written from ****** Solar (New name : ******** Power). It seems nobody at Financeit does not want to take any action.

Be cautious if you're considering financing with Financeit, ********** *** **** ******** **** ********** ***** **** ******** ***** ********* ** ************ We were initially promised a 0% interest rate by the service provider, with Financeit affirming these terms at the time of signing. However, shortly after, our bi-weekly payments jumped significantly, with a 14.99% interest rate instead of the promised 0%. Despite explaining the ********** sales tactics *** ******** ** ******** ********** ** **********, Financeit has yet to address our concerns or offer a fair resolution. ** ****** ********** **** ********* ******* ********** be sure to get everything in writing, fully understand the loan terms, and review all agreements carefully.

    * **** ******* ******* ******* ** ********** ****** ** **** *******. ***** *** *** *** ***** *********** *** ****** **** **** ********* ****** ******* ******* ***** **** ******* ** *** **** *** ******** ** ***** *** ****** ** ********** ******** ** ****** *********** ********* ** ***** ** ***** ******* I’ve had a loan for a water filtration system and a tankless water heater in affiliation with ******** HOME SERVICEs for three years now, and after this period, the interest rate unexpectedly jumped from 2.99% to 12.99% without my knowledge or agreement. When I raised this concern, I was told nothing could be done. Now, with the new 12.99% interest rate, nearly 90% of my payments are going toward interest. Despite being a long-term client with an excellent credit score, my request to negotiate the interest rate was denied after the the CS spoke to the underwriter for two minutes. I highly recommend shopping around before committing to a company like this, which appears to have no regard for client loyalty or finding solutions to address concerns. *** ********* ** *** *** ****** ********
