      The transaction January 2nd. I was on my way to pick up the items only to have weather issues and skitted into the ditch. I couldn't make my pickup. I had requested a refund of 14.79. They initially gave me the refund only to take it back then charge me $5.28. Now they are claiming that they cannot see the item, yet I've sent them the receipt, the screenshot of the money refunded, taken out then charged again.       Flashflood has a referral system whereby a user of their business can refer others to their business and they use it. Then both the customer and the referring party (me) would get a credit. I did exactly that told others of the business and gained rewards (credits) when people used my referral. Fair and within the confines of the parameters.
