Upaya Naturals was purchased and new owners have taken over, however the previous owner, Dennis G., took all the orders, and all the money. We do not have any of the funds from your order, they were taken by Dennis, along with the orders themselves. We have already had customers receive their money returned to them via the banks/******. All you need to do is follow the instructions we have already provided you. The order has been taken and cashed by the previous owners and those funds are being withheld from us. We are taking measures to finding a solution, even if it requires legal action against the previous owners. To get in contact with the previous owner his email is [email protected] (Dennis G.), he can be reached at ###-###-####, his corporation is ******* Ontario INC and we suggest directly starting a dispute with your financial institution so in this case contact ****. We have had customers get their money back by contacting their financial institutions. We apologize for the inconvenience, including any time that may have been spent on this matter.
