    I have contacted and requested to exchange 37,000 CAD into USD with Knight Bridge Foreign exchange. After deducting the money from my account they have notified me that the funds would be in my account on 26th after it did not show up in my account I have sent email and called and was told to wait one more day for 3 business days, and then when I reached out again I was told they had made a mistake and it was transferred into my CAD account not the USD account and was told it will take another week to arrive in my account and I still havent received my 37,000 or close to 28,0000 in USD. **** ******* ** *** ******** *** ********** ******* ** ****** *** **** *** ********! I want my money and interest lost on daily basis from this compant! Please never ever approach this company for service if you want your money!

    It was nice speaking with you.  As per our recent conversation today, I can confirm that I have looked in to your transaction and the funds show as sent and credited to your account as of September 29th in the agreed upon amount and currency.  You have also confirmed this with us in our follow up conversation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Due to being the initial transaction there were misunderstanding on being ******* which after resolving my issue was not the case.
