      This used to be one of my favorite apps to use because collecting points then redeeming those points for gift cards was easy. However, over the summer that stopped. They "claimed" to have a funding issue, then they claim to have a “loading issue“ with her gift cards. I followed their instructions to try to resolve the issue, but nothing changes. I’m hoping that I can finally redeem the points that I’ve accumulated using their app for gift cards so I can then deactivate my account. Whenever I reach out to customer service, I get a canned response. Very disappointed in what used to be a very good app and program.

      **** *** ******* **** ******* * ***** ** ******** * *** *** ***** They take your info and tell you the points you accumulate can be redeemed for gift cards which you cannot access! Every Thursday they supposedly drop gift cards but you can never get one. Always sold out, the app crashes or you cannot log on.

Now I have a lot of points sitting in my account that I would like to redeem, but every week they claim to have a “loading issue“ with her gift cards.       Drop promises gift cards in exchange for app users credit card history/purchase history. It is impossible to actually get a gift card. I’ve tried six weeks in a row and cards are gone within two minutes. I’ve emailed and messaged from multiple sites and get the same canned response and am never directed to an actual person. I want to redeem my points for gift cards, as the terms of the app agreement promise. **** ***** **** * **** ***** ********* *** ******* ********

      **** *** ****** * ******** ***** You used to be able to get gift cards any day, Now they tell you Thursday at 1pm is when you can redeem yet when its time to redeem it tells you there is an error and then they are all sold out and you can try again next week. I have been trying for 6 weeks every Thursday, I get on the app before 1pm and try immediately- there is no way they are sold out. ******** ***** have tried contacting them as well but of course no response

      ****** ***** ************ They gaslight you into believing you can get a gift card after you earn it. Then give excuses for 6 months and put you in a jammed server sorry all sold out! In 10 seconds? No. We are the assets while you are making them rich with your information but a liability s we hen you try to collect.

      Their "new, better" app is a joke. Can earn points but can never redeem them! Don't waste your time on this.

      **** ** *** * ****. They make money off of your data and promise you rewards. Once you’ve saved enough points to redeem, they’re continuously sold out of gift cards. At first they told you it will take 60 days to issue gift cards then their CEO admitted they were low on cash so didn’t fulfill the gift cards (*** **** **** ** ** *** ****** *******). Then they said they’ll drop new gift cards every Thursday at 1PM ET but have so few gift cards available that they are sold out in seconds meaning the vast majority can’t redeem their points. I’ve reached out to them and their CEO to ask how many gift cards are awarded weekly. Is it 5, 10, 1000? Of course complete silence. ***** **** ***** ***** ***** ** ** * ******** ************* **** *****
