              * **** * *** ******* **** ****** ******** **** ******* *** ******* **** ******* **** * ******** ******* ***** ****** ** ** ********* *** ***** Placed an order for three items, they use a shipping company that will just leave your package in front of your door ********** ** *** **** ** ** *** **** *** **** *** *** ***** ********* ******* ** ** *** ******* ** *** ***** **** ******* ***** **** *************** *** ***** **** *** * **** ** ***** ********** once i received my parcel I opened it AT THE POST OFFICE saw that the hoops I ordered are TINY ( single mini hoop) and would never fit my ear, I returned them while I was still standing in the post office, exactly how they were shipped to me, mejuri refuses to give me my money back because they said they were “worn”, how is this possible? I told them to check the delivery and the time they were returned, in the same half hour! Where would I have worn them?! They wouldn’t fit my ear even if I had tried! I also returned another pair which I took home with me because they were bigger and I figured they would fit, I tried them on and they were too snug. If they don’t want to refund my money for those, fine, I put them in my ears for 2 minutes, I understand. But the tiny pair were not worn and they claim they are. **** * **** **** ** ****** ** **** ********* ******

              I have purchased from Mejuri a couple of times, though I like their design but the sales representative at the store all gave conflicting information which left me with products that did not meet my expectation. 1st incident- On a pendant purchase i was told I can bring it back for engraving any time as at the moment of purchase I couldn’t decide what I wanted to engrave. But when I brought it back for engaging they told me they can’t no longer offer that to me, it needed to be done at time of purchase and they don’t have onsite craftsman. 2nd incident- my husband purchased a ring to surprise me, it was out of stock, and when it finally back on stock he purchased it right the way, to make sure it will arrive on time before Xmas. The ring sat under the tree til Boxing Day. It was too big, I took it back hoping to get it resize the sales said I already worn it and it can’t no longer be resize. I have never in my life purchase a ring from a jeweller that refused to resize it. I am now left with a ring that I can’t wear. Very disappointed.
