      I've been a Goldmoney client since 2017. I have a fully verified holding. I've never had any issues with their service until I attempted to withdraw my money to my large US bank. On 8/24/22 I initiated a small test withdrawal (~$150) via international wire transfer and successfully received the funds within a few days. On 12/9/22 I initiated another withdrawal for almost $43,000 using the same bank info for the successful wire transfer on 8/24/22. On 12/15/22, Goldmoney messaged me that the wire transfer was unsuccessful due to not having a "valid BNF." I used the same exact bank info that I used for the 8/24/22 withdrawal. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that they never received a wire attempt from Goldmoney or their bank. My bank also confirmed that Goldmoney sent the successful international wire transfer on 8/24/22. I went into my Goldmoney profile and deleted and re-entered my bank info for withdrawal, thinking maybe this would help. On 1/4/23 I initiated another withdrawal via international wire transfer from Goldmoney in the amount of $20,000. On 1/10/23 I received a message from Goldmoney saying that the international wire transfer was unsuccessful due to "need valid BNF." Once again I contacted my bank and they said they did not receive any wire attempt from Goldmoney. I've messaged my Goldmoney relationship manager to investigate what was input for the 8/24/22 successful withdrawal and compare it to the 2 recent unsuccessful withdrawals with no resolution thus far. I expected this issue to be resolved by now, as it is a simple issue of Goldmoney using the same bank info that they used on 8/24/22, and which hadn't changed, but instead I have had to spend a lot of time sending messages, speaking on the phone, and writing this complaint. I have also lost money due to the fees associated with these international wire transfer attempts.
