These people have been ********* ** calling me everyday after I told them I wasn’t interested in their service because I did it myself because I don’t think any Canadian should have to forfeit any of their disability tax money to a third party for filling out a couple forms. I have told them this and they still ****** *** call me. ****** ***** *** **** ******** getting your DTC is pretty easy if you follow the instructions on the CRA website. **** ******* ** * ******** ***** IHave all call recordings that was requested by the CRA. I had requested for their services to be cancelled PRIOR to any taxes being filled. They confirmed they have yet to file any taxes when I requested the services to be cancelled. Tried calling them for 3 days during office hours and it continued to say they were closed. Followed up by contacting that chat option through their website which they clarified is a real person via chat. They confirmed they are open and someone would call me within 15 minutes and that did not happen. They continued to try to ask for the claim information via chat which I declined due to privacy concerns. I have yet to receive a call and they refused to provide documentation stating the services are cancelled as they claimed they are not required to provide any confirmation. Upon review of the clients file with us I can see nothing pending. No active work is being done on this file which according to our records this client was advised when he called in for an update December 12th 2023. . Perhaps this client has our company confused with another he has been working with . I can assure him that on behalf of Refund Services there is no active work now or will be in the future unless the client contacts us to request our assistance. There is no outstanding submissions or invoices on the file so nothing to be sent to collections. We hope that this client is able to resolve the matter noted and should he have any further questions for us to put his mind at rest with regards to our company to please contact us. ***** ******** *** ********dangerous to innocent unassuming individuals with disabilities looking for help to file for disability benefits…. They hound, they have multiple numbers, they feel no shame on legit defrauding you, and after you uncover their schemes, they send you anonymous messages to intimidate…..you were redirected to their site, through their web programming… Away from real, legitimate sites, thinking that you are on an authentic business site, one that you believe, has your best intentions….they don’t…Refund Services Inc

We would very much like to speak with Ms ******* regarding the review here. I cannot help but think she may be confusing our company with another Looking at the file , Ms ******* contacted Refund Services June this year and spoke with one of our agents. We received a client agreement and authorization form the same day , June 21st . Since then our agent has tried to contact Ms ******* with the contact number provided to us only 2 times ,in order to continue with assisting her with the applications. The last communication attempt we had was July 17th where we emailed for her to call us if she would still like our help. We would still like to assist Ms ******* if she would like us to. We are a legitimate company here to assist disabled Canadians and their family members receive benefits and credits that they may be entitled to from the government I understood that there is companies out there unfortunately that are there to "scam" but we are not one of them and would again welcome the opportunity to speak with Ms. ******* ,even if just to put her mind at rest. We would like to confirm that at no point does Refund Services Inc either in our advertising nor in our interactions with our clients and potential clients do we claim to be the CRA. Quite the opposite. If Mr ********* has or still is receiving unwanted communication I can definately stop this however based on the information provided I am unable to find any details that suggests it is our company contacting Mr ***** . They asked for the original which is what I gave them. Now that I am finished with them, they will not return this form to me, or even send me a copy. I need this back, it belongs to me. They do not own this, I do. I contacted them and they are a company that wants to help you with your Disability Tax Credit. Whilst we appreciate all feedback ,positive or negative as a means to always strive to improve our services for our clients , upon reviewing this clients case with us we see it was initially started by the client filing out her information on an online ad . One of our agents followed up ,and the client subsequently told us she had already applied. No work was done with Ms. ** ***** and there has been no subsequent follow up. We are happy if Ms. ** ***** was able to apply on her own and everything went smoothly and her claim was fully maximized. This company promise people of getting them money based on disability, also the company they paired with that called Refund Services, they made me sign documents and give them authoritrization on my canada revenue account to get me refund instead they put me in trouble with Canada revenue agency who started garnishing even my income tax return leaving me with nothing. ** *** **** *** ********* *** *****Refund Services Inc

We would like to assure this client that our company has nothing to do with the CRAs actions regarding garnishing her income tax .and would urge her to contact the CRA to discuss this matter. Upon last speaking with our client back in October 2022 we were unable to move forward ,as Ms ********* did not have a qualified medical practitioner that could complete the Disability Tax Credit application forms for her. You ******** ******** ********* had oartenerd with Rufund Services, so when I had you referring me to them and signing the papers fprboth of you as they told me for signing four forms for me and my other family member, signing there forms too. Iwe didn't get any refund , despite the fact that my other family member on disability. I was told there is no refund not even few dollars for both of us. Then just few days after I had a problem with CRA. I never had any issue with CRA before that. In the beginning they are very helpful. They take your calls help you with paper work and walk you step by step. Then once everything is in it’s over! I received a letter from the CRA and was told to contact them right away well they absolutely refuse to take my calls.
