    We hired **** ****** of Tuscan Tile & Contracting Inc. (see agreement attached) He was hired to finish our Pool House. The support constructed for the granite counter tops was built wrong and the granite has since cracked leaving it a huge safety issue to our backyard. The granite can fall at any given time. There are also several outstanding items that were not completed. We sent a Demand Letter requesting the work to be finished. We haven't seen or heard from our contractor in weeks. We have paid him $10,500 to date. We did receive a text message from the contractor saying to find someone else to complete the project - it is too much. A portion of our backyard is not safe. We are seeking to file a civil claims action - but want to let the *** know of what happened.
