5 starsI would just like to let everyone know that this is the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. Being the first online insurance company must have its difficulties, however they manage any challenges very professionally. If ever needing to speak with an advisor, they do have humans working there also, and they are all very Knowledgeable, kind *** ************* people. I am grateful for everybody that assisted with my most recent issue, especially Wasim. He deserves a raise and promotion. The underwriters also. So pleased with their fair decisions. 1 starSonnet, What the heck happened to your customer service? I got into an accident September 27th, started my claim and didn't hear from anyone from Sonnet for weeks. after chasing sound the adjuster and making many calls I finally got a hold of the adjuster. had a full discussion over the phone and then received an email with an offer that was totally different from what we discussed over the phone. you can call all you want no one will get back to you for weeks. the made me return my rental can and have not made effort to repair my car or come to a resolution on the claim. lack of communication is telling me that Sonnet is to busy for me. I will start looking for a new insurance company to cover my 2 house and 4 cars. Now i'm paying insurance on a car that's sitting at the shop waiting for repair approval. The Body Shop is calling me for updates and they are also having a hard time getting a hold the adjuster and sonnet. worst experience I have had in my 40+ years of driving can't every get a hold of anyone to speak with on the sonnet side. the website *****, and when you call it just goes in circles till you get fed up and hang up. I dispute it and they cancel my coverage. I am still disputing it but instead of calling their clients they are just sending my account to collections. ***** ******* ****Sonnet Insurance

******** ********* Regarding Insurance Cancellation Due to Lack of Notice I am writing to express my frustration over the recent cancellation of my insurance. During a recent move, I did not receive any notice of non-payment. Upon discovering this, I called and paid $600 after an employee assured me that my coverage would continue. Now, I am being denied insurance and asked to pay $2,000 to reinstate it, which I cannot afford ** * ** ** **********. As a loyal customer with no prior missed payments, I feel this situation was mishandled due to poor communication. 5 starsGreat insurance company! I had been with them for 6 years. I switched recently because they do not offer good discounts for EVs, mainly *****. Other than that, even if I pay a bit more, Sonnet is forever the best insurance company I've ever dealt with, and surely I will consider switching back upon having dicounted offers from them.Review fromTy S

I was with sonnet for 7 years before they decided to raise my premium by 100$ a month with zero explanation. On top of that, I canceled my renters insurance with them as I bought a house and was going with my other company for insurance. This causing sonnet to again raise my auto premium by another 30$ basically canceling out the renters insurance money they would no longer be receiving. ***** ******* *** ** **** * ******* As soon as my auto policy renews I will be leaving completely as they want another 500$ for me to cancel it early. ******** *****Sonnet Insurance

I've had sonnet since 2022. This year I received a $9103.00 increase. When called to discuss I was told they had a 23% company increase which is $422.51 on my current policy. I was then told they can not change anything on the policy because due to the area I live they have a hold on policy changes due to what is going on in the province I live. He then told me the policy doesn't renew for 30 days so I have time to find other providers. My replacement cost was $300,000.00 that has changed to 1.1 million.....REALLY. The insurance is now more then I pay for my mortgage. Its absolutely ridiculous. *** ** ** *******Sonnet Insurance
