      Absolutely terrible customer service. 3 months ago I was in an accident, have yet to get one single reply via email or phone call or update from my adjuster who was assigned to my claim. No one else is able to access information to my claim to provide me an update. Everything was paid out of my own pocket (claimed by definity I am 0 at fault) and now they are leaving Alberta…who knows if I will get reimbursed.

      Horrible customer service, was in a no fault accident in April the other driver took off the adjuster closed my claim after 5 days and provided zero support in finding the 3rd party information and told me I had to find on my own to move forward with the claim.i spend many days tracking down the needed information for the company I reopened the claim. * ******** *********** *******, I have been passed off to many many different adjusters, My file was not regularly updated for new adjuster so had to start for the beginning with each adjuster and resend information in to them. Weeks would go by without any communication I would have to call in to request to speak with a supervisor in order to get a call from my adjuster. There was no education or sharing of next steps in my claim. ** *** *** **** ******* ** ** *** ** ****** ** ******** ****** *** **** ******** ** ******* ******* *** ** ** * *** ** **** ******* ** ** **** It took over two months for them to decide if my car was a write off or not, my vehicle was towed without my knowledge and storage fees were taken out of my quoted settlement offer without communication around days they were not covering for storage. They took over a month to get back to me with a second settlement offer and I lost out on days at work due to nit having transportation. If it was not for my constant calls and emails I would not of heard from them.

      ******** ******** ********** ***** Got into an accident in 2019, not at fault, and when I got my first settlement it seemed low. So I took a look at the cars listed, some were not findable at all, maybe list the website of where it came from? Others were just totally fake ads and they put 3 or 4 out of 8 cars from one fake account. I know it was fake because I even called the phone number which was not connected. I argued with Brittney for months as she did not get the concept of fake ads because "it's not economical that does the quotes, it's another company". Not sure how they couldn't just find a company that clearly lowballs all offer and even finds fake ads just to lower their cost. After about 5 months of arguing, having Britney pretending to not hearing me so she doesn't have to talk to me and hang up and finally asking for a supervisor, they had no problem with doing another quote for the settlement. Now Today I got another insurance hike after I'm done paying the year in full and no accidents or tickets in over a decade ***** * **** ***** ********* ******** so I'm looking at other insurance. Hopefully today is my last day having to deal with economical.

      **** **** ** ******** I already did what it says to do in there and nothing happened. "Negotiate my claim settlement offer - Contact your assigned adjuster" done nothing happened for 5 months even after proving the estimates were scams. Which I still have to this day. "Make a complaint about poor customer service - Contact your insurance broker who can then escalate your concerns to the appropriate department" did that again nothing. You guys keep responding that same robot ** on every post like you care but you clearly don't or else you would have done something about it when it happened. Or at the very least when I reported it.

      I was in search of commercial insurance and was told that I had commercial insurance up to and until the accident. After the accident they **** to me about getting a rental vehicle for 6 days. After the settlement was offered they stopped answering my emails to try to make me sign a low offer. they then responded to me when I sent the offer sheet back blank. The car company assured me that insurance company's would split the checks so that the outstanding balance could be paid and so could I. * **** ******* **** *** ***** *** ********** *** **** ** *** **** ****** i am excepting the low offer the problem is * **** **** ** if they send one check. ***** ****** **** **** ******* ** ************ ********** *** **********

      Terrible service. My vehicle was totalled and they only paid a few days of rental. My agent was very difficult to contact and answered none of my concerns. ******** do not recommend.

      ******** **** ************ ******** I have visited their office in Mississauga several times, as they do not return calls. There is an employee named Kamara and an employee named Chris who ignore repeated emails and calls to settle claims. **** ******* **** ** *************** **** **** *** ********* **** *****. *** ***** ********* ******* ** ******* I have a claim with them for more than a month and a half, but they are delaying settlement and offering money less than the real market price, even though I have provided them with all the documents that support my position.

      ***** **** **** ***** ** * ****** this company ** ** ******** **** *** does not look out for the best interest of their clients. I’m insured through ****** but had to deal with this ********** “parent” company when I hit a curb as a result of not hitting a car that pulled out in front of me. I paid the damage entirely out of pocket and they called in an “at fault accident” which caused my insurance premium to go up by over $140 a month. Specifically Yvonne C. my adjuster told me this should not have been the case and that she’d “look into it for me”. She did nothing. She didn’t even get back to me for over a week when she said she would that same day or the next. And when she did reply by email, it was a **** ******* “too bad” type of message. I reached out to her supervisor Kevron B. who also did nothing but tell me to pay back the $150 **** voucher I was given while my repairs were being done that I paid for and that it “might help but no guarantee”. **** ******* ** ** ******** *********

      Why would I need more information about filing a complaint with Sonnet? Sonnet did not handle my claim—******** is the company that failed me in this situation. I need guidance on how to file a formal complaint against ********, specifically the adjuster who failed to take the necessary steps to resolve this matter. Had I been informed that accepting the **** voucher would result in an increase to my insurance premiums, I would have never agreed to it. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I feel deeply wronged by the way this situation was handled. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know as an example of the poor treatment I received from this company. Your cold and insincere response only reinforces my belief that this organization lacks accountability and professionalism.

      I was in a car accident December 2nd, 2022. I had to go with this pitiful insurance company because I was doing some **** Deliveries when the accident happened. It took a week before the adjuster called, December 8th, when she told me that my car would be picked up from the yard the next day and work on my car would start on Monday, December 12th. I had to wait 3 weeks before my car was towed to the garage, and another week before Economical Insurances' appraiser went to look at the damage. In that time I could not reach the adjuster what so ever. Not only that, but the deductible she quoted me was $1250. When I got to the garage to pick up my car, I had to pay 3 times the quoted deductible because that is what Economical Insurance told the garage I was to pay. This insurance company is filled with ***** who couldn't care less about their customers. ***** ** **** **** *****

      I had a fire in my apartment in May, where my landlord caused a fire which trapped me and my cats for 9 minute. I was burned out of my place for 6 weeks and in a hotel. Here we are now in September and nothing from these people months after my claim was submitted. They have assigned three adjusters so far who have done nothing on my file and seemingly have to start all over again each time a new adjuster comes in. Am lodging a formal complaint with the Ontario Ombudsman.

      Economical's service is horrible. My claim is still active and unresolved, and it took nearly 3 full months to get in touch with someone. I had to call the company out on ******* in order to finally get a call back believe or not. It's been infuriating. Now after having the one call, it's gone dead again and the rep handling my claim has disappeared and I can't get any response from him.
