    On February 27th 2022 my wife and I joined Keyspire after taking a 3 day educational real estate course for investors. When we joined they claimed our satisfaction is guaranteed. Ove the last 5 months we have been taught old real estate strategies, ie. find low undervalued homes for sale make an offer etc. These are old strategies, the market this past year has exploded. Everything is over valued. If you find an undervalued property they are requiring cash not conventional lending. We have discussed this with our coach and he just says keep at it. When we told him we don't have the funds he told us "if you find deals the money will come." He never told us where and how to find the money etc. We told him if we find a deal and they will accept conventional financing we don't have the money for a down payment. His response to this was beg our family and friends, unfortunately our family and friends are not independently wealthy and cant give us money. Our coach has been almost impossible to reach when needed if and when we have found a couple deals. By the time he got back to us the deal had fallen through. If you find a deal there is an investor hotline you can call for help if you cant get a hold of your coach. We have tried the hotline a couple of times, you cant get a live person when you call. If they call you back its not a coach and they tell you they will have a coach call you back. By the time our coach called us back it had been a few days and the deal fell through. At the very beginning of the course one of the facilitators **** said to max out credit cards to use as down payment on a property. This has to be one of the worst suggestions to give to people who aren't wealthy to begin with. This course was supposed to teach us creative ways to help us invest in real estate. At this time we do not feel the value has been there and we would like a full refund of our $8,500. I have been denied a refund from Keyspire.

    At Keyspire, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on our 3-Day Workshop, where attendees are able to experience all 3 days of the event and request a refund afterwards if it did not deliver the value they were expecting. This Satisfaction Guarantee does not extend to our coaching and training packages, but we certainly do make all efforts to meet clients’ expectations. Our coaching and training packages have a 10-day refund policy that is written in plain language on our enrollment forms, which take up only the front and back of a single page. Like many programs where time and effort are required on the part of the client, Keyspire can not make any guarantees of financing or investing success. Our program was built by the real-life experiences of our co-founders, and expanded on by experts and investors who’ve contributed their knowledge over the past 10+ years of involvement in our community.

    Our Coaching Team are all active and successful real estate investors, and *******’s coach is confident in his ability to execute an investment with continued persistence. Some market conditions or investing strategies will naturally take longer to execute than others, and investors who are beginning in a position of limited capital need to utilize strategies that require more time, effort, and persistence to successfully execute. We do have clients who’ve been able to complete investments in their first few months in the program, and it’s absolutely exciting and rewarding to experience quick results. At only half-way through a 12-month program, ******* has not yet had a chance to experience key elements of the program, including our main event featuring advanced education, introductions to industry professionals who provide financing and other services valued by real estate investors, and several days of networking with other investors who often help with next steps, or even invest in projects of other attendees.

    We did inform ******* that his request does not fit with our refund policy, and encouraged continued usage of Keyspire resources to continue on the path to his investing goals. We do hope to see ******* re-engage with the community along with all other tools and resources, and are happy to work with him to find solutions to ensure he has a chance to experience all elements of his program.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First we are more then half way through the program, we signed up at the end of February and this is a 1 year program. Keyspire is obviously misrepresenting themselves. Keyspire did nothing to address the fact when we call the hotline we are unable to get a hold of live person/coach. By the time a couch or our coach actually gets back to us we have had multiple deals fall through. Whats the point of paying $8,5000 for a coaching service that isn't there for you when you need them. 

    Keyspire continues to lie when they say I haven't taken advantage of networking and meeting other members. With my tier of membership we do not have access to the inner circle ******** page, where this networking takes place. In order to have access to this I would have to have paid the $20,0000 for the membership. 

    At no point has Keyspire taught us how to invest in real estate with very little money. The only response they have told us was to beg friends and family, they made it sound they were going to introduce us to people who are private money lenders which never happened. Keyspire has only taught old ideas on how to invest in real estate that were practical 5-10 years ago but the industry has shifted. Properties are now selling at way over ask and for full cash. Off market deals if you find them are only taking cash. As a reminder we do not have cash on hand and we joined Keyspire to help with this. The only thing they instruct us to do is ask friends and family, they never introduced us to private money lenders. 

    After paying $8,5000 Keyspire has not delivered or put forth the effort that I have put in. The only thing Keyspire has shown is that they are a **** looking to take money from people and provide zero value. This money would have been better off in my account where I could have used it as part of a down payment on an investment. 

    Keyspire has also shown lack of sincerity by responding to my original complaint way after the deadline. IF they actualy took this serious or cared about their reputation they would have responded promptly.

    Respectfully, Keyspire has responded to all communications directly to our phone/email within committed timelines, and discussed the situation attempting to highlight additional resources to help with next steps, and communicate that the window for a refund is closed. We do apologize for the delay in the online response to this extended conversation. As a small team our priority was executing the Investor Summit event for hundreds of members of the community, immediately after which our response was submitted.

    Keyspire has 3 ******** networking groups with varying investor communities, costs, and objectives. Two of these groups are private for paying clients only, and ******* does have one of these included in his bundle where other investors are networking, learning, helping each other, and even investing together. While interest rates and property prices have changed in the last 5-10 years, the concepts Keyspire teaches apply for the last 100+ years and continue to work today. Markets are constantly cycling through their stages, and Keyspire equips investors with the training on which strategies work best during these stages, as well as how to analyze opportunities to make the best decision for each client’s investing profile.

    ******* was registered for our main event a few weeks ago, which is commonly described as the primary piece of clients’ fulfillment, and the most valuable experience in their Keyspire journey. Clients can attend this 3-day event in-person, virtually from the comfort of home, or anywhere with an internet connection - so it’s never been easier to attend. Our 3 surveys sent each day of the event indicated the highest level of satisfaction for all attendees over the last 10 years of Keyspire putting on this event.

    As a registered attendee of the event, ******* received all the surveys, and took the time to complete them. Without a clear explanation of why attending virtually wasn’t possible, *******’s feedback (without going into details) described other life-changes affecting his time, finances, and ability/motivation to invest in real estate.

    The team at Keyspire understands and empathizes with clients who experience events in life that distract from the training they invested in, and will always attempt to accommodate extenuating scenarios to allow a full program experience. We stand behind our services, and hope we’re given an opportunity to prove to ******* we can help him continue to move forward.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Keyspire is ****, they only want their paying customers money. First regarding the 3 ******** groups, we were never informed that there are 3. We were told from the onset that we could not be a member of their ******** group with no one ever telling us about the 1 we could be part of. When we first joined Shon even asked why didn't join the higher lever membership so we have access to their ******** group. At no point were we told about the group we have access to. 

    We never attended the Summit online or in person, we have been trying to distance ourselves from this **** of a company. I never filled out any of the surveys sent to me, I had no reason to since I did not attend. As soon as I receive any emails from Keyspire I immediately delete them. If Keyspire has surveys that are filled out from me that is because someone from company filled them out on my behalf. This is ********** and ******* and they can be brought up on charges. 

    This is all an attempt by Keyspire to distract form the truth that they have failed to provide us with the service we paid for. They have never helped or coach us with our issue of lack of money to purchase properties. Keyspire failed to help when we tried to use the hotline when attempting to close multiple deals. Our coach was nice but not reliable, he was regularly late and multiple occasions missed scheduled meetings. In the very beginning I had asked for a new coach and was denied this and was told to keep the coach we had. 

    In this current housing market properties were being purchased with all cash, and Keyspire failed to help us in this situation. They obviously have no strategy for this situation. Keyspire has failed on multiple fronts and are trying to divert from the truth. 

    Keyspire know they have failed, otherwise they would stand behind their product and guarantee our satisfaction. Instead they have our money and want to run and hide behind **** so they can do the same to the next ****** ** **** ****. Without a refund we will be forced to go to social media and let everyone know about the **** that is Keyspire, and everyone needs to avoid this company at all cost.

    We continue to stand behind our product and support all clients who engage in their training from the daily to the casual learners.

    Upon purchasing any of our product bundles, clients receive emails describing all tools and resources they have access to. Our top bundle includes our highest-level ******** group, with the most engagement and most experienced investors among it’s members. Our mid-level ******** group has monthly content releases and live interaction sessions with our Coaching Team. For all clients with access to this, a minimum of 4 emails per month are sent as reminders to participate.

    While we certainly do not enjoy learning that a client has chosen to disengage with any of our services, especially when it’s because their opinion of our services has soured, however we are as clear as possible in our enrollment forms that there are no credits for missed events or unused Coaching. We also communicate our 10-Day refund policy, as our Satisfaction Guarantee app**** to our 3-Day Workshop only and not the Coaching Bundles.

    In our events and Coaching programs, we teach the 4 stages of the market cycle, and strategies investors can use that are most effective in each of these stages. We have many investors in our community who’ve attended all events and engaged in all the training available who went on to do extremely well through the market cycle changes in the last few years using the strategies we teach.

    We remain open to a solution that will allow ******* to fully experience his program, and respectfully, do not see a benefit for either party in continuing the discussion through this forum. This situation does not fit within our established refund policies, but we are happy to continue with ******* directly in the event there is interest in re-engaging.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As I have stated Keyspire is trying to avoid taking responsibility for not providing us with the service they offered and is why we are seeking a full refund. If we received the services promised, then I understand why they wouldn’t refund us.

    They are trying to come to a conclusion and stop communication through this forum because they know they are completely wrong. Keyspire from the beginning of this process has **** and continues to lie and now after being called out on their **** is trying to end this process.

    Most recently Keyspire has **** and said we had access to one of their ******** groups, which we never did and never heard about because no one told us this. This is a failure to provide the service we were promised. Keyspire has **** and said I have filled out surveys regarding their investor forum which is an outright lie, and they know I have not, hence the reason they are trying to end this. Now that I have caught them ***** and said what they did is *****, and they can be brought up on charges they are trying to end this asap. This shows the company character and morals which they obviously have none.

    From the onset we had trouble meeting with our coach to schedule times to meet, and I tried to change our coach but they refused and convinced me to keep working with our assigned coach. This is obviously another failure on their part.

    Our coach week after week kept repeating the same information over and over and just bragged about how successful he is! When we signed up, we were told the hotline was 24 hours a day and can be used if you are working on a deal and your coach isn’t available. We tried the hotline multiple times and couldn’t get a live person or coach. All they did was have our coach call and by the time he called us the deals had fallen through. This is another failure on Keyspire to provide the service we paid for.

    We were told that Keyspire would help teach us how to finance our deals and made it sound like they would help find the financing needed. We told them we didn’t have the money for down payment, and this is what we really needed help with but was told to beg our friends and family or max out credit cards. This is another failure to provide a service promised to us.

    As you can see we have not been provided the service promised to us and Keyspire has **** multiple times, there fore we demand a refund right away or we will reach out to Michael S.and Scott M. the founders of the organization and inform them how we have been *******.

    I hope you are doing well. I wanted to provide you with more information regarding my complaint ******** against Keyspire. 

    On January 12th my wife and I closed on our first property and everything we dealt with was opposite of what Keyspire tried to teach us. 

    - 1st we were told we can use a second home loan/vacation home loan with 10% down.  We were unable to put 10% down and was required to put 20% down, we even spoke to multiple mortgage brokers and they all require 20% down. 

    - 2nd We were told the property management fee will be paid for by our renters. After speaking to multiple property managers they all say we can't pass the management fee on to the renters. When I asked if we could build the Management fee into the rent they said no, this would cause the rent to be too high and would limit the number of people renting our property.

    As you can see they are misrepresenting themselves, *****, or teaching old out of date methods. As i have mentioned before, they are teaching irrelevant information and we have not gotten our money's worth from the course and company. Since they have **** and ************** themselves is the reason why we are asking for a full refund.

    If Keyspire refuses to respond, what are the next steps in this process?
