I am absolutely pleased with our experience of purchasing blinds from Budget Blinds. Everything was done on time and professionally. One of the curtains was damaged prior to installation, and BB replaced it without me even asking. Many thanks.

My experience with Budget Blinds has been excellent. In 2022 Cindy came to my home to measure and provided a prompt estimate. The window coverings were available almost to the day promised. John installed the window coverings effeciently and tidied as he went from room to room. In February 2023 there was an issue with the motorization. I called the office in the morning and Mike was in my home within the hour and the problem was rectified in 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and couldn't have been treated better by anyone I dealt with in the company.Budget Blinds of Kitchener and Guelph
