Pictures were sent, a police report was on file and I was told that it would take at least 60 days to get an answer. I called *********** many times but they never returned my calls.
Finally Enwin told me my claim was denied because it was not there vehicles that did the damage and referred me to ************** who I did call after I received this information. ************** was very rude on the phone and told me their vehicles do not go into people driveways because they are too heavy. A neighbour observed this occurance and it was no avail to Enwin and my claim for damages is denied and I will have to pay out of my pocket.This occured Jan.31/22

Also when they gave me the verdict they asked me for pictures. The pictures were sent to them on two occasions from your
claim department. They ignored the evidence that my neighbor witnessed this occurance and would come forth with this evidence.
to anyone who asked for it. How absurd your procedure is! If you get into an accident I am sure you would not be happy if it took
over two months to get a decision. This procedure only indicates to me and my neighbors how unethical you are. I am sure this
*********** never ok's any guilt on the part of Enwin.. I have only contempt for your procedure and am seriously thinking of taking this issue further. If Enwin did not do this vandalism to my property, I am sure they witnessed who did.
