    Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 Call 1 - on hold for 1 hr, 27 min before hanging up Call 2 - being transferred to someone who could help & hung up on Call 3 - being transferred to someone who could help & hung up on Online - enter email & policy number to create account to see if I could make the changes online - no email received for next steps to create account (and yes, junk mail frequently checked) Call 4 - received some woman's voicemail - no name so no idea who it was - started leaving message and was cut off after 2 sentences Call 5 - being transferred to someone who could help & hung up on (after explaining everything that already happened) Call 6 - spoke with someone in reception who was helpful & set up a call back to me, from PC, either by 7 pm on May 17th or by 2 pm on May 18 quote: at the very latest. Note: during this call I was advised the number listed for me was 2 area codes (226 & 647) - every person I spoke with prior to being hung up on, asked for my number and apparently there was no issue. In well over 10 years of faithfully paying for at least one type of insurance with the company(s), and having never made a claim, I believe basic respect and professionalism from PC insurance/***** is not a lot to ask for.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/10) */ We received notice from the BBB June 9 2022 of this with a date of June 3, 2022. It mentions a previous notice being sent to us May 19. I can confirm we did not receive this. We certainly regret that our client was frustrated while attempting to make a change to her insurance expecting a call back on May 18th. I can confirm that she spoke with our broker on May 19th and the change she requested was processed with her on the phone effective for May 17th as she requested. Our broker emailed her confirmation of the change, however she indicates she did not receive it. ***** would also have sent confirmation of the change to her. We have responded further to the consumer apologizing and giving her a direct contact for a supervisor if she wishes to discuss it further. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/06/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did get the policy change done - by hounding the company. The complaint is regarding the incredible difficulty in doing so and the fact PC did not respond to anything until receiving a message from the BBB - twice. Emails to PC all sent an immediate auto reply stating a response would be provided within 5 business days. No response ever received. Confirmation emails to try and setup an account we're never received so no account created. The ***** number is different from the PC number and seems to be invalid - calling ***** support resulted in 2+ hours wait time. When I actually had reached someone at PC, I was told a broker would contact me no later than 3:00pm the following day. No broker ever called me. The company response is minimal at best. I have no interest in wasting more of my time or energy on an issue the company doesn't care to properly address, despite taking money from me for over 10 years - *****/PC insurance will never receive my business again and I will simply provide bad reviews, including details of everything, wherever possible.
