    Access damaged all 4 of my NEW winter tires. They were ripped down to the cords and beads were all damaged. Tires leaked even with sealant. I had other shops including ****** examine them, and they all said they're damaged beyond repair and not safe to use. The guy at Access argued that they're fine and insisted on putting the damaged tires on. He even said he has put on tires in even worse condition - how is this safe? They did not own up to their mistake or offer to help me in anyway, not even a refund on the tire change they did in June where they did not balance any of my summer tires. He proceeded to argue that other places are sketchy and not trustworthy which I found unprofessional. This is extremely poor customer service. Either they don't know what they're doing or they have poor standards, but absolutely no accountability was shown here. **** ********* ***** **** ***** ***** ********** *******

    I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day at 8:30 am. By the time Access Tire had taken my keys it was 8:45 am. My block heater wasn't working and they booked me in for one hour. Approximately 15 mins later I was told the block heater had to be replaced. There was parts available in town which would have to be delivered to the shop. When I asked how long it would be, Access Tire told me it would be one hour from then. I walked back home to wait and was called at 10:03 am to inform me that it was ready for pick up. I returned to the shop and paid $397.87. My credit card was charged at 10:26 am. When I was back at home and looked at the invoice, I noticed I was charged for 2.1 hours of labour. I called Access Tire at 10:39 but there was no answer. So I drove back and spoke with Troy who explained to me that this was how shops everywhere worked. They charge by the units and sometimes it takes longer. I said it's fair to pay the labour time but it's not fair to be charged 2.1 hours for less than 1.5 hours of work. Troy insisted that there was nothing wrong with what they did. I have proof of the timestamp on my bill, my cell phone call log and their opening hours state they only open at 8:30 am. Stay away from Access Tire!
