    The problem is the liner is cracking. Been waiting since May 25/2023. Poor customer service. The rep told me that new install with materials is approximately a week. Poor communication.

    I called bath fitter Jun 15 2022 to advise that my bath tub needs to be replaced because I have water in between the 2 tubs. The guy told me he has a job out in Weyburn on June 29th and will send one of his workers over to look at the tub so he has an idea of what he needs to order to replace the tub. June 29th, my husband stayed home from work and no one came. No one called, we tried calling and no one answered. I called bath fitter the next day and the guy who answered apologized and said my work order must have been misplaced. He said he was going to look for it and call me back that day (June 30 2022) no one called me. It is now July 5th and I still didn't get a call. I called them this afternoon and the guy at bath fitter was less than helpful. When I asked why no one called me to rebook he said "I obviously don't have the staff to call you, and clearly didn't have that job out in Weyburn which is why no one came." I said I get that but why couldn't someone call me? I said we were waiting and arranged our whole day to have someone available for you. He said I heard you the first time. I asked can we set up a time and have it committed because I need my tub replaced. He said, Look *****, I'm trying to help you out and wait until we have a job out there to save you mileage, if I send someone out I'll charge you mileage. I said fine, charge me the mileage, no big deal, I cant wait anymore and need my tub replaced. He says well to bad, your going to have to wait. I said excuse me? this is not how you do business. He told me to quit being dramatic and that they will get to me when they get to me. ************************************************************************************ We chose bath fitter because of the life time warranty. So now I spent 4800 when I got my bathroom installed and no way to fix it without spending another 5 grand to completely pull out the old shower and bath tub and pay a contractor to fix it. *********************
