            February 05 2025 I bought a cellphone at the beginning of the month and the phone was from California and so I could not correct the settings, so I exchanged it for another one, and then the phone I got was supposed to be new but I could not hear anyone I was talking to on it and so I brought it back and then the guy who sold it to me drilled a hole in the phone so that I was able to hear better. But then a month goes by and now the phone has sensitivity problems when it comes to touching the screen and so I brought it back sin today and he's telling that there's nothing wrong with it and that there's nothing he can do and he won't give me a refund. He's claiming the warranty is up on it. He never gave me a receipt either.
