    Terrible company. Lies, overbills, don't answer you until the return period is up (and by the way it's 30 days. Not the 15 they claim it is). Don't waste your time with them. ** *** **** * ******* ** ******** ** ***** ***** **** *** *******

    I am deeply devastated, upset and feeling disrespected. * ** ************ **** *** ***** * **** ******* **** ************ Red Wireless, what are you thinking? What is your intent? I am over billed, unreturned calls and disrespected. I was billed on my **** before submitting my ID. I rec'd a sim card that I was told to disregard. I canceled, received a phone, was billed. I request a time to chat. No calls. I am devastated, upset and feeling so disrespected. Red Wireless, will you call me? Or, keep passing me off? What would you like to see happen. How difficult is it to solve an issue that has been going on for almost 2 months. Please inform me if you are profit before people and before customer service. Or, prove me wrong. Overbilled on a plan I did not negotiate. My phone is not working in my car. Extension 706 not returning calls. ******* **** **** *** *** **** *****

    I purchased 2 phones with red wireless. I was told I would have 15 days after activation to receive a full refund if I was in any way unsatisfied. After 10 days I informed them I would not keep the phones. They refused to refund me and insisted the phones were activated 7 days before I recieved them. There was no argument on the time line. They started the 15 days when the order was processed.

As per our terms and conditions outlined in both our website and supporting documents you received, the return period is 15 days from the date of activation and day one starts from the activation date. I can see your order was activated on Sept 30th and shipped to you via ****** **** for an arrival date on Oct 9th. Due to the National holiday, the delivery time would have been delayed. Normally, we need to stay within the 15 day period, but we can make an exception in this case due to the holiday shipping delay as long as the devices are in good, working, re-sellable condition.     So I've received four SIMs cards for two phones only one works ****** *** ** ***** *** ********* ****** Talk to five people wasted 5 hours of my time only one phone's active getting charged for services I can have because they sent faulty hardware. Was dealing with the manager they hung up told me a manager would call me in 2 days still waiting 3 days later. **** ***** ** * **** ***** **** *** ******** ****** **** **** *****.     I applied for a discounted plan which is related to my **** account, which says it is free. There were email exchanges that my order is already for delivery. But after 3weeks that there is no feedback from them, I made a follow up just found out that my account is still for validation. They have repeated the process and asked again some documents. After that, i found out they pulled out my credit without my consent. Now, they are asking for a $133.22 to be paid that they previously said and offer is free, they said bcos of my credit history with ******, which I never missed any single payment with them. **** ******* *** *** ******** **** ***** ** * *****

    Very poor service. I bought a device and asked for exchange and sent to them. It was well packaged and surprisingly I was sent pictures that device was damaged. This is a pure scam

    We have thoroughly reviewed the order history for Mr B****** and found that there was an order completed for ******* *** ***** 256GB in lavender color in June 2023. Mr ******* reached out 30 days later to request an exchange to a different model device within the 30 day buyer's remorse period and we provided a return waybill for that. Unfortunately when we recieved the device back, the device had physical damage and so we were unable to accept the device for exchange as it was not returned in original resellable condition.

    Our website as well as all confirmation documents including the terms and conditions checklist required for every order advise that all returns and exchanges must be in original condition with original packaging. The device was not received in original condition and thus was returned back to Mr B****** and the exchange fee has been processed for refund as per policy.

    We hope this provides better clarity of the situation.
