    I purchased a refrigerator from Thorseness Appliance on June 7, 2021 for $1,108.89. When the fridge was delivered on June 8th, the delivery person said the door was damaged and he gave me the option of taking $80 off the price or ordering a new door, which they said they would deliver when it arrived at the store. I chose to order another door. On August 16th, I was called by the delivery person saying the door was in and they were coming to deliver it the following day. I had to decline the delivery because I had a doctor appointment booked for that day. They refused to give me another day, saying they will deliver it when they are in the area next. There business in Yorkton is a 40 km drive from where I live in Melville (25 min drive). I called the business on October 25, asking when the door will be delivered. The business owner said they will deliver it when they are next in the area. I asked when that would be and he said he didn't know. When I complained that it wasn't acceptable to have to wait over 4 months for a door to be delivered, he said, "What's the big deal? It's just a door." He was incredibly rude to me, implying that I had to wait for when he was able to deliver it and there was nothing I could do about it. I purchased a fridge, received damaged goods, and the business owner will not give me a date when the replacement door can be delivered to me. I just want the door to be delivered.
