About Us
The BBB of Southeast Tennessee & Northwest Georgia is a non-profit organization (501-C-6) that is made up of businesses that meet ethical standards and are interested in seeing that consumers get a fair deal in the marketplace. We want you to be able to trust the companies where you spend your dollars. BBB does a number of things to advance marketplace trust: We evaluate businesses and charities based on ethical standards. We provide a forum for Customer Reviews; positive and negative. We provide free dispute resolution between consumers and businesses. We provide BBB Business Reviews for businesses and charities, giving them a letter grade to help you make informed decisions while doing business. We alert the public when we hear about scam’s, We provide educational seminars for consumers and businesses. You can find us on Facebook and on Twitter. Secure Your ID Day

Student of Integrity Scholarship
Now in its 22nd year, the BBB Student of Integrity Scholarship continues to recognize graduating seniors who demonstrate integrity and leadership.
