      We are so thankful to have found L & S Painting & Repair to patch up our plaster walls and ceiling with drywall after having to unexpectedly replace drain and vent pipes from our upstairs bathroom down to our basement. REMOVEDdid an amazing job making everything look seamless, including matching texture on our kitchen ceiling, which was no small feat. He was also great with installing a new toilet, bathroom vanity in a tight space, and an access panel in the wall under our vanity so that we could access a mechanical vent installed in the wall by our plumber in case we need to replace it someday. And REMOVEDwas an absolute pleasure to work with. He did a great job protecting our home using plastic sheeting and drop cloths, communicated project status and schedule, and was extremely fair with his pricing. Best of all, he is just a great, thoughtful, and trustworthy guy who enjoys what he does and wants you to be happy. We'll have him back for more projects for sure. Thanks REMOVED!

      Exceptional Craftsmanship, Professional, Reliable & Creative. I give Five "plus" Stars. L&S Painting and Repair is highly recommended. The quality of the work was exceptional and professional, along with excellent customer service. I received updates throughout the remodeling of my bathrooms, flooring, wall repair and painting.I purchased a vanity I really liked, but it was a little to large to fit into the space. Lemar created a way to make it fit perfectly. I was over joyed. The abilities, technical skills, creativeness and quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I also appreciated when the job was started, the first thing that was done, was covering for my high gloss laminate floors. I had an unexpected additional issue, we discussed options, and came to an agreement on how to resolve the issue.I highly recommend L & S Painting and Repair and I have already asked about having additional services completed in the future.REMOVED

      REMOVEDdid a great job putting a basement bedroom back together. The job included drywalling 2 walls, smoothing a textured ceiling, painting, installing luxury vinyl flooring and building a cabinet in the closet to cover up a sump pump. He was able to start the project quickly, had good communication and finished the work on time. His price was fair and his contract spelled out everything we agreed to. Im very pleased with the results and have recommended him to friends.
