Yelp uses an automated system that flags all reviews made by my customers as suspicious. Their website does not offer an appeal process. The support person you talk to will refer you to the video explaining why they view reviews as "suspicious, " discounting them and dismissing your claims. I believe Yelp penalizes businesses that don't use their service

Despite providing proof of a false Yelp account for the sole purpose of a retaliatory and defamatory review and violations of Yelp's Terms and Conditions, Yelp failed to investigate and take action. It appears Yelp doesn't really follow up on any complaint. It is amazing that a company that specializes in a platform for reviews, does nothing about the content that is fraudulent and violates its own terms and conditions.

Their website offers no appeal process or anyone you can talk to about this discrimination - if you call Support they don't have that information and will simply dismiss your claims.Yelp leaves everything to their racist robots because it's cheaper than paying humans.

We started a free trial as a small business. Upon starting our free trial we were REQUIRED to enter credit card information in. We started the trial online and assumed we would be contacted by the company since thats GOOD BUSINESS. No one ever contacted us in regards to an initial consultation to explain anything going forward. We were set to bill on September 1st, 2024 and instead were billed a thresh-hold billing, which who even agrees to that, on August 10th, 2024. We received from August 1st, 2024 to August 10th which the customer service rep explained was the billing period a lowsy 10 leads which none even panned out. We were charged $126. Upon seeing said charge since all we wanted was the trial, we cancelled all services. In our attempt to collect the funds charged we reach out to the customer service which they advised they do not do refunds. He confirmed all services were cancelled. Since signing up with this company we have received scam after scam calls when truly they are the scammers. We never agreed to our information being sold to a 3rd party and also this is a complete waste of money as well as time. You can spend your time and money somewhere else. I have since requested a supervisor to call back and conveniently all managers were in a meeting. Go figure.

Beware of scams. Yelp charged my card for 180$ after six month of my cancellation. And dont dont want to refund. Shame on yelp.

Yelp is nothing but a scam.. I signed up and do not remember doing anything else but making an account next thing you know I was charged $166 dllrs for an upgrade that I never got myself.. called and complained just to find out that I was not going to get a refund well I cancelled whatever they said I had because I didnt want to pay anything else to them.. then 2 days later I get another charge for $113 because they said that was the payment for the 1 st of the month after it what been canceled then the lady continues to tell me that I canceled on the 29th and that between the 28&29th people clicked on my profile 4 times and that it is $4dlls a day.. that just dont make no sense and I told her I was going to call my bank to dispute it and she got all aggressive.. this is just people behind a screen and a phone scamming people dont be one of us.. were out here trying to make an honest living and these skmbgs are just stealing from us..

They are terrible. The people who call you are only interested in selling the program and provide false information, as they did to me. They assured me that I wouldn't have to pay anything if I canceled before August 1. I requested cancellation before August 1, but they didn't cancel my account, and I ended up having to pay over $400. They also told me I would have a $900 credit, and only after using it would I start paying. After two weeks of testing, I decided to cancel because the leads were of very poor quality. I didn't receive any good quality leads. Their advertisements and information are false. I spoke with *****, *****, and others who refused to identify themselves, didn't allow me to talk to a manager or supervisor, and told me there was nothing they could do. They tidily said they are not going to reimburse me.

$300 front credit is a lie. They will credit you $20 and charge you $200.

Borderline harassment after logging in! I recently logged in to see my information and to see if I needed to change anything. BAM!!! Text messages, emails, calls started flooding in. As stated by others, Yelp says they "want to help small businesses" but they act like a predatory advertising scam with upselling and bait and switch tactics. Used to love them, now I am considering even removing my personal Yelp page. Buh-bye!!
