Incorporated locally in 1940, BBB of Central New England, Inc. serves Central & Western Massachusetts and Northeast Connecticut, with over 2,700 Accredited Businesses in 225 communities. The Better Business Bureau is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that aims to create an ethical, trustworthy marketplace – where buyers and sellers can trust each other. BBB helps people find and recommend businesses and brands they can trust.
