Our mission is to create an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other. One of the ways we do this is by recognizing marketplace role models. In this spirit, BBB publicly recognizes businesses committed to ethical marketplace practices with the annual BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.

Sponsorships for the annual Torch Awards luncheon (held during the Build A Better Business Conference) range from $250 to $5,000.

Through the kindness of BBB Accredited Businesses and community partners, BBB’s Charitable & Educational Foundation has awarded more than $135,000 in scholarships to deserving high school and college students.

Each scholarship is a $2,000 tax-deductible commitment and sponsoring businesses can choose to tailor the scholarship to serve students in their service areas, too. Sponsors also have the opportunity to judge the competition and receive an invitation to the annual scholar celebration.

Each year BBB hosts multiple FREE Shred Day events. These events offer the community a no-cost way to ensure the safety of their sensitive documents. Any sponsorships and monetary donations collected through the event are used to keep future events free for the public.

Sponsorships range from $250 to $1000 and social media shoutouts, media mentions on radio, TV and print, as well as logo placement.

The Belmont Beverage Golf Outing is held annually to support both BBB's Charitable & Educational Foundation and the Olson ALS Foundation. The event is coordinated by Belmont Beverage and limited sponsorships are available.

BBB’s Build a Better Business Conference was created to offer small and medium businesses the tools they need to succeed in business today. Whether sales and lead generation or social media basics, the one-day conference will feature a keynote speaker, multiple breakout sessions and plenty of networking.

Sponsorships range from $500 to $10,000 and can be tailored to meet your marketing needs.

BBB hosts a variety of other events including consumer education events, Lunch & Learn webinars for business leaders, and B2B networking events.
