St. Louis Better Business Bureau's Torch Awards for Ethics

Recognizing organizations that meet the highest standard of trust

What are the Torch Awards for Ethics?

BBB® St. Louis' Torch Awards for Ethics recognize the businesses and organizations in our communities that meet the highest standard of trust.

Businesses and nonprofits of all sizes are welcome to apply for the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics. The application process is a unique opportunity that gives organizations the time to self-reflect and analyze all aspects of their business through an ethical lens.

The outstanding recipients of this award demonstrate their focus on the four C’s:

  • The Character of their leadership
  • How they foster an authentic Culture
  • Their transparent relationship with Customers
  • Their impact in the local Community

Each year, we celebrate these role models and commend their commitment to ethical leadership and business practices.
