BBB Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming Community Center

The BBB Community Center provides a state-of-the-art, professional space to host client, staff and board meetings, strategic planning sessions, leadership retreats and training. 

The BBB Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming’s Community Center is centrally located off of I-25 between Loveland and Fort Collins. Our space features two meeting rooms with essential amenities and varying seating capacities supporting up to 30 people. In addition, we offer private office space to work in.

Insurance Policy

Parties reserving rooms at the BBB Community Center will be asked to provide a copy of their general liability policy prior to using the space, listing Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming as an additional insured.

Catering Policy

Any caterer may be contracted to provide menu options for meetings and events. Once a caterer is selected, the client agrees to inform BBB of the name and contact information for the caterer. Client must be on site to accept catering delivery. Arrangements should be made for caterers to pick up any equipment or extra food upon completion of the scheduled event. If needed, please schedule extra time prior to your meeting for catering delivery/setup and after your meeting for cleanup. Any caterer needs beyond drop-off/pick-up must be arranged with BBB at least two weeks prior to the event, including set-up and parking of vehicle. Alcohol is not permitted at BBB’s Community Center.

Meeting Room Policies:

  • Room reservations are accepted six months in advance.
  • The owner of the event is responsible for monitoring the time of the meeting and ensuring the event finishes at the scheduled time. Groups that exceed the scheduled time may be asked to conclude their meeting.
  • Guests need to be considerate of other meetings when using cellphones inside the building.
  • Signs may only be placed in areas pre-approved by BBB. Decorations are subject to approval by BBB.
  • The use of glitter and confetti is prohibited. Lit candles and incense are not permitted. Taping decorations or any other items to the walls are prohibited.
  • If damage occurs in a room and/or there is a loss of equipment, the responsible group/party will be assessed a fee reflective of the cost for replacement/repair.
  • Group/party needs to leave room in the same condition upon completion of use of space. If there is excessive mess resulting in BBB having to hire a cleaning company, the responsible group/party will be assessed a fee reflective of the cost for cleaning.
  • All room configurations must be received by email at reservations@wynco.bbb.org at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
  • The use of space outside of the conference rooms, including lobbies and hallways, must be approved in advance. This includes the use of space for registration, signage, and catering needs.
  • All cancellations must be received by email at reservations@wynco.bbb.org.
  • BBB reserves the right to refuse reservations at its sole discretion and for any reason.
  • There is no implied endorsement by BBB for any event that is held on the premises by an external party. Solicitations and/or selling of products or services are not permitted.
