Our coworking space is where small business owners and entrepreneurs are able to join together and spark inspiration at a minimal fee. With various desks and couches available for collaborative and innovative thinking, this is the ideal place for our guests to work. The open floor concept invites a welcoming and inclusive coworking environment.

Flex desks in our coworking area are based upon availability. BBB Accredited Busiensses and nonprofit members get one free day pass monthly. We also offer monthly and yearly ignite sparked by BBB memberships for those who plan to cowork with us more frequently. 

Balboa seats up to 24 guests with 6 round tables that can hold up to 4 guests each. Equipped with 3 large flat screen displays, this room is ideal for luncheons, meetings, and informal presentations. 

Midway can be arranged in various layouts including conference, classroom, u-shape, hollow square, and lecture. Depending on the configuration, this room seats 14-16 guests and is equipped with dual white boards - perfect for brainstorming and interactive sessions - as well as a large flat screen display. Midway is perfect for luncheons, board meetings, formal presentations, and training sessions. 

Coronado is our executive boardroom which seats up to 14 guests. With access to a large flat screen display and a whiteboard wall, Coronado is great for small group meetings, interviews, and collaborative work sessions. 

La Jolla is our conference room which seats up to 12 guests. Being equipped with a large flat screen display, whiteboard and podium makes it the perfect location for luncheons, board meetings and formal presentations.

Gaslamp is our creative planning and brainstorming space. This room includes a flat screen display, 2 blue whiteboards, and chalkboard and corkboard walls. Seating options include classroom style desks, a sofa, and cushioned bench seating. This is an ideal space for presentations, training sessions, workshops, and brainstorming. 

Our Podcast Studio is equipped with the user-friendly Rodecaster Pro and 4 professional microphone setups. 2 additional inputs (3.5mm & Bluetooth) are available for call-in guests. The studio is acoustically treated to provide our podcasters with a truly professional sound. 

In addition to free parking (limited to availability), we offer complimentary beverages, coffee, and light snacks to our members and visitors. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary WiFi and AV options.  Our kitchen area is a public space to use for breaks and gatherings, and it is where catering services will typically be set up. The space includes a refrigerator fully stocked with refreshments, a microwave, a sink, and ample counter space.
