    I've done business with ****************************** online and cable shopping network both by phone and mail orders from a printed catalog over a decade now. I don't always like how long the orders take to get here, but I do understand this is not a over night shoping experiance. I have always received what I ordered and I have always been happy with what I got. I've orders sets that arrive monthly and some even every other mont. This was to help offset the price of the coins. By doing it this way I was able to collect sets that have greatly gone up in value. Whenever I place an order I keep recipients and make note of exactly who I spoke with. The company also calls to keep intouch at least twice a year to ask if I've had any issues and to update me with new stock, often items not listed. I'm sure there are mistakes made and issues that come up, but with my dealings over the decade plus I've delt with CSN I've had no issue. Keep your records ask questions and don't spend more than you can afford. You'll be happy with the results.

    Only reason I gave it 1 star is because customer service tried to help and still did what I asked them not to do ..I first ordered a coin on Jan 2 and it was shipped in 4 days it bounced around NM then stopped so a trace was put on it *** it was lost (stolen) but they said they would send another out right away didn't ask if I wanted a refund they just wanted me to take another chance I receive it well CSN uses a third-party shipping method which ***** CANNOT TRACK so once the first coin was lost I told them over and over please send it by regular **** they said they would contact me before sending it out they didn't they just made a new label and sent "something" out I would NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN...and they guarantee satisfaction and delivery??

    *******, I so sorry that your first package was lost in transit. Looking at your account, it shows the replacement was indeed shipped right away by ***** and just delivered. I apologize that it didn't ship out **** as requested. The only method we use for shipping is either ***** or ****, all of which are trackable. As for a refund, if you are absolutely unhappy with your experience, we can send you a prepaid label to get the item back and issue you a full refund. You would have to call into **************** within next week to submit request.

    i have been using shopcsntv since 2017 .to date i have bought approximately 60 coins. i have never had a problem with these people they have been very polite and have answered my questions with complete satisfaction. just placed a pre-order for **** ms70 silver eagle and will continue to use them for my numismatic needs ************

    Misleading about shipping times also expensive shipping for standard ground shipments, they never respond to emails and the call center is always busy

    Customer placed a web order . On our website is states shipping times frames and shipping costs. We cancelled customers auto ship per his request from an email and refunded the only charge within 3 business days. Customer placed order and waited only 2 weeks before cancelling.

    Order , placed 12/3/22, $1533.95. Have not received any response to order, money withdrawn from mastercard account, if no response by 12/12/22 , 12:00p a fraud purchase will be filed through my bank 5/3 of cinn, oh. CSN should be accountable for claims made by their company. Refund money if you are a reputable company.
