My family and I parked in a parking lot for 1 hour to have brunch before getting on a cruise. We paid $20 for parking at the meter. Several weeks later, I received a bill from Professional Parking Management for $67.68, then later for $110.75. I disputed the charge since we paid for it. I did not have the parking receipt, but I did have the charge on my credit card to prove it. They do not accept credit card statements as proof. I feel forced to pay the $110.75 so it doesn't affect my credit in the future, even though it is a total scam that they won't accept my payment as proof.
