While looking for a used living quarters horse trailer, I came upon the ad for a used 2007 platinum 4 horse trailer. I contacted him through messenger initially, later email and phone conversations. He offered delivery and all seemed good. He required 1/2 money and would set up delivery. All seemed fine, he remained in contact with me until the day of delivery. The trailer was supposed to be delivered on that morning. About noon I got a call from an unknown number. It was “Premier Pet Transportation” or so they claimed trying to deliver my trailer, but I needed to pay them and additional $5,000 for cargo insurance. I knew at that point it was a scam. I believe it was the same guy just trying to get more money. I ended up calling Great Falls Montana Police Department and they confirmed it. I reported it locally and with several other businesses.
