Scammer is posing as a legit company with a site and products to purchase. There’s an email for customer support but no number to call to speak with someone about the order you will never get.

I initiated a call to what I thought was Facebook from a number I found by searching google Facebook customer service. The webpage looked like a Facebook page and the number listed was 1-888-971-1012. When in touch, they asked me to download the app HelpDesk Host so that they could screen record what we were working through and help navigate. They then directed me to the settings of my phone where they asked me to go the Language & Region section and scroll to the bottom. There are two numbers there, $12,345.67 and 4,567.89. They informed me that these were pending transactions on my account from someone trying to purchase tablets and phones. In the fast-paced nature of this call, I didn't take the time to process what this was or what was happening. They wanted me to send money via Venmo to a "safe person" on my list and they were going to have me send her money and then cancel to wipe out the transactions. I did end up transferring $2,499 to my mother, and then they reached out to her saying they were Venmo. I disconnected the call, and they called me back 7 times back-to-back and they tried contacting my mother again. I called my bank, put a freeze on my Venmo, but I am hoping they didn't get any other information through the screen recording. During the call, another "department" reached out to me and they told me to take the call. That number was 805-500-8613 and this was the number that repeatedly called me and text me. They also changed people on the phone without my knowledge. I realized it was a different voice and when I called it out he said, "oh yeah, this is the supervisor". On any other call, they will introduce themselves before ever taking over a call.

This company has a storefront page on https://shop.app/m/71tfy06b4r and also has a webpage of https://viqif.com/ They have multiple items for sale and say that the transactions are all in US$ You order the products and they are not exactly what they described the items to be and are completely wrong with the size description. I ordered what was described as Crocs Summer Sandals, but turned out to be a cheap China knockoff. The same with the other sandals that I ordered. In their about information, they do not have an actual address or contact information listed, except for an email. The package comes from their shipping department -- 28230 150th Rd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413-4015. If you google the address, you discover that there are several different companies operating out of different names out of the same location. They tell you that you cannot ship the item back to that address. They will not refund your money, instead they offer you 10% off your future purchase in the store.

Ordered two Hoodies for $159.00 each. $10.00 shipping charge. Ordered on 12/10/24. Received an Order number and a shipping date of 12-14 working days. Never received items. On 1/8/25 tried to call and email but phone not working and email is undeliverable. Website is still working but after research multiple people having the same issue. Address on Order Status to a residential home Phone number on Order Status is non working Multiple people have not received their order (and have opened fraud inquiries through PayPal/Better Business Bureau and their Banks/Credit Cards) "Seller" responds with email leading the buyer on...saying their product will be there in 1-3 days and it never comes. This is a fraudulent company who is scamming people.
