Just got a letter from this company, reached out to ****** can confirm it is a scam, ****** never sent any debt to this company. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!! period they are just trying to get your information to scam you!Review from Cassandra T

SCAM. I received a letter by mail to my home address that stated I owed ****** $217.94 with an erroneous account number. I logged onto ****** and have a $0 balance. This claims a purchase was made 2 weeks ago and that PayPal would have already turned that balance over to a debt collector? COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. I went to call and hung up before I entered any of my phone information.Review from Kristi V

This company has their staff lie and manipulate to make you pay-Complete scam artists!. After receiving notice from this company, I called and advised that this was my ex-husband's debt and Dominic B******* advised that I still had to pay it. She advised that it would not go to my credit as long as I made monthly payments. I made the first payment and then two weeks later it was reported on my credit. I called today to see why they put it on my credit after me being told that it would not go on it. They advised that the original creditor added it to my credit and not them. I advised them that the original creditor does not own the debt and that they can't add it to my credit. Then she advised me to reach out to the original creditor to have it removed, which really doesn't make sense since they own the debt now. A supervisor, Tricia, said they can do what they want and that I now owe the debt and until I pay it off, they will keep reporting it to my credit. Lucky, that this is the only debt on my credit and I will not be paying it but just watch out because they all lie and make you believe things that are untrue. I spoke with an attorney and they advised that this company's actions are fraudulent.Review from Michael H

Scam. I got a letter telling me I owed an amount over $200 to a creditor I have not made a purchase for more than $60 in more than 5 years AND have held a $0 balance with for over 2 years. Verified my account online, against downloaded statements for last two years, and had customer service verify that I owe them nothing, nor would they use this scam artist company to collect a debt. They are phishing for information/money. Reported to the CFPB as scammers.Review from Kelly W

These people are ridiculous. I told them my account with ****** was hacked. They told me I was still liable to pay the balance even if it wasn’t my fault. They said there was nothing they could do.Review from Annette F

Much like many of the reviews on this page I was notified by this company stating I owe 120 dollars. The name on the account is ******************* which is obviously a scam with no other info provided other than my address. This company should know a scam when they see it instead of sending out harassing letters.Review from Frank S

This is a scam! I received a letter from them indicating that I owe ****** $149.97. I contacted ****** because I knew this was either an error or a scam. ****** confirmed that I have a zero balance and owe them nothing. I write this review as a warning to not be scammed out of money or personal information!
