Scam. I got a letter telling me I owed an amount over $200 to a creditor I have not made a purchase for more than $60 in more than 5 years AND have held a $0 balance with for over 2 years. Verified my account online, against downloaded statements for last two years, and had customer service verify that I owe them nothing, nor would they use this scam artist company to collect a debt. They are phishing for information/money. Reported to the CFPB as scammers.Review from Kelly W

These people are ridiculous. I told them my account with ****** was hacked. They told me I was still liable to pay the balance even if it wasn’t my fault. They said there was nothing they could do.Review from Annette F

They are trying to scam me for $356.00 for a paypal acount under the wrong first name. they want a reply by mail. There should be a black star for criminal operations like this company.Review from John V

Much like many of the reviews on this page I was notified by this company stating I owe 120 dollars. The name on the account is ******************* which is obviously a scam with no other info provided other than my address. This company should know a scam when they see it instead of sending out harassing letters.Review from Frank S

This is a scam! I received a letter from them indicating that I owe ****** $149.97. I contacted ****** because I knew this was either an error or a scam. ****** confirmed that I have a zero balance and owe them nothing. I write this review as a warning to not be scammed out of money or personal information!Review from Zack F

Received a collection notification in the mail for a ****** account that I never ever had, reference #******** for $41.39. This is obviously a SCAM. I will not bring any legitimacy by contacting the company since this is an obvious fraud.Review from Shakira S

BE VERY SKEPTICAL! BE SAFE AND DO NOT CALL THEM DIRECTLY. GO STRAIGHT TO THE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE “COLLECTING” THE DEBT FROM. Just like everyone else in this review list, they tried to collect a fraudulent debt. When I called the original company that I “owed,” That company said that they shut my original account down due to fraud. Someone needs to audit these people and hold them accountable.Review from John J

I've been paying a student loan that defaulted to them for several years. I go to pay it today, and suddenly, their website says I owe nothing. No email, no nothing. I have no clue what's up with these guys, but I haven't missed a payment. I was only late by a few weeks, but well under 30 days. If they sent my debit to another agency I will raise hell! I sure as well ain't calling them to pay debt I don't have. I used to pay it online with them. Are they legit? Looks to me like they are a scam.
