    I was very pleased with the customer service and the efforts made to make the payments manageable. The difficulty was with my bank allowing the payments to be withdrawn directly from my account, so it took a bit to get it set up and I was a tad unhappy about the lack of alternatives to process the transactions. Suffice it to say that I look forward to clearing my debts and improving my credit score.

    This is an extremely predatory business that exploits people facing hardship due to disasters. Despite repeatedly disputing this issue through ********, they continuously find ways to reinstate the account on my credit report as a means of blackmail and taking advantage of the situation. Their customer service is appalling—I even attempted to negotiate with them, only to be arrogantly informed that no matter what action I take, they will always manage to put the debt back on my credit report. Their representative explicitly said that no effort on my part would prevent this from happening. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unethical.

    I had excellent customer service for the past year, but this week was a different experience. After losing my debit card, I called to provide my new card number to prevent my payment from being late. Unfortunately, the representative, Kendra, was very rude. The person I spoke to before her just hung up on me. Most people don't even take the time to call and update their information, so I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for customer service representatives to be polite and helpful. What is this world coming to?
