Honestly they are a worthy advocacy, they complied with the laws, validated the dispute, and ultimately agreed to a settlement in installments that was very reasonable. In fact I honestly think they were honestly more accommodating than I would have been. Nobody likes dealing with creditors but ultimately they were fair and easy to work with.

A representative said there are typically a number of different options regarding potential debt settlement amounts and payment plans on the online account through Resurgent. I made an online account and it says I do not have access to see my account online. I called back and a separate representative said that there is no timeline for when I might be able to see my account online. I have a right to know what my options are regarding potential payment plans and debt settlement options. I need immediate access to my account online to see these things. I want to resolve this issue but Resurgent is making that impossible at the moment.Resurgent Capital Services LP

This company has refused pmt options from me to pay off my debts. Via email, and phone calls that was recorded with permission from their call center employees. From what I understand that makes the debt null and void. I am now contacting the Attorney General to see if I can get this resolved.Resurgent Capital Services LP
