Low life bottom dwellers! They sued me for 3 old accounts . After the courts ruled and payment arrangements were made 2 of 3 accounts say these accounts are too old to be sued but they did sue me?! ****? Lawyers controlled by the Shadow Government! All corrupted! Enough said! Bye!

I received multiple emails and letters from this company saying I owed a balance due of $25.76 for a ****** account I closed a year ago. I received an email from ****** 3-4 months after I closed my account that showed I owed this money and then the next day I received an email that said to ignore the previous email, that I did not owe the balance of $25.76. Consequently, I did not pay the bill. Fast forward to 3 months ago, RESURGENT starts sending me notices that this amount was due. I sent them a copy of the emails from ****** that said I didn't owe them anything. I finally received a letter in the mail that states I had to pay it. I only paid the $25.76 under duress, because I don't need my *** credit score to be hit because of $25.76. Such BS!!! ****** could do better with their billing department and Resurgent could do better with having a real person available to talk to.Resurgent Capital Services LP

Been dealing with them since 2020… during the pandamic they used people out of the country as a collection agent ….i paid a settling amount on an account for credit one …. Kept a copy of the check . Wrote the confirmation number on the fhe check and the supervisors name who I paid …. And here still coming after me saying I didn’t pay :.. it’s not fair I’m almost 60yrs old in a fixed income … I refuse to pay againResurgent Capital Services LP

Honestly they are a worthy advocacy, they complied with the laws, validated the dispute, and ultimately agreed to a settlement in installments that was very reasonable. In fact I honestly think they were honestly more accommodating than I would have been. Nobody likes dealing with creditors but ultimately they were fair and easy to work with.Resurgent Capital Services LP
