      To Whom it may concern,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding several unauthorized account with ********************** Account number: ************* Account balance: $990.00, which I have been unable to resolve directly with them. I have discovered that accounts have been opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. This fraudulent activity is not only a violation of my privacy, but it has also caused significant distress. I expect immediate action to rectify this issue. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist in removing this account from my ********************** reports.I have attached copies of relevant documents, including my driver's license proof of address, copy of my social security card a cover letter and the my credit report, to support my case.I kindly ask for your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter. Please let me know if you require any further details or documentation.Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your response and to a prompt resolution.

      After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name: ************************* ASSO Account #: ****************Balance: $1,130.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation. I ask that you take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

      Cornerstone credit services harrassed me, my wife and coworkers in an attempt to steal money from me. They said they were trying to collect a debt that they had no right or justification to do, as there was no debt. They performed fraud on the court by filing a suit against me for this debt that does not exist. Being I was out of the state I ended up with a default judgement. And again this was for a debt that does not exist.

      Previously paid for the underlying debt to *************************** in full and provided proof of said payment. I have never received verification from Cornerstone Credit Services. My lawyer also requested documentation authorizing the interest charge of $592.99. Cornerstone Credit Services is engaging in an unfair and deceptive act violating Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Alaska Consumer Protection Act. I'd like the two accounts, ************************ removed from my credit report immediately.
